I was so calm that my body was convulsing. It still is as I type this. When it came to raising myself up I just couldn’t let go. At times my body felt so heavy it caused pain. At one point I had a headache and pressure in the middle of my forehead. I also had itching at different parts of my body. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
So the heaviness you feel is because you were slipping your body into sleep mode and the itch is a signal your brain sends to the body to see if you are truly sleep. Best thing to do is ignore it. The vibrations you feel is energy and you are almost there.
I love your videos and really wanted to love this one too especially since it was a shorter version but it felt rushed and when I was very deeply relaxed, the breaking waves in the video scared me to death. The state you have to be in to AP is "body asleep, mind awake" so I would put it at a volume where it's not too loud that you'd have trouble falling asleep to it, but loud enough that you can hear what she's saying.
Hi. There are other techniques to astral project that don't involve sleep paralysis; for example, converting a lucid dream into an out-of-body experience.
Astral projection just takes time and practice. I would experiment a bit until you find a technique that works for you. It can also happen very unexpectedly, but having OBEs on your mind a lot, reading books and keeping a dream journal (writing in it every day first thing when you wake up) can all help accelerate the process. I absolutely love these techniques: starting with melting the back body and those body breathing techniques are amazing; I can literally feel the warmth and energy flowing from my palms to my heart and back. If you're here you're meant to be this can take very long periods of time and there are many things I've read that can help you look into it things like your diet and breath work meditation yoga mudra etc... never give up !!
ive been doing this for 2 1/2 years, and I just did it successfully today. It want like I thought everything look like an x-ray and I heard very loud computer beeping and buzzing like short-circuiting would sound like
Yes supposedly we all do it when we dream every night but I have personally experienced the process of literally getting up out of my body walking into my living room seeing my dog sleeping on the couch walking into my mother's room seeing her sleeping I looked into a mirror and saw in astral being behind me and then I woke up and I worked for months to get up to that point but I stopped because some of the experience I was having getting into the astral plane was very scary but since then I have worked on myself and raised my vibrations high enough I feel confident

What was the scariest is that I would often be triggered in my sleep to have an OBE because thats how I trained myself to do it. I would realize I was dreaming and start to float in the air during a dream. It scared me. I would usually wake up or get transported to a nightmare. It felt like losing control of the physical body. I was around 18 when I did this.l Now I'm 33. Teenagers/children are highly connected to paranormal activity and susceptible to volatile energy . At that time I was living in an energetically low and depressive household. This attracted dark energy and entities into my life because I did not practice energy cleansing, space cleansing, prayer, qigong, or have gone through therapy and many dark nights of the soul like I regularly do now. Now, I am confident I won't attract any heavy energy. There are several astral realms and we aren't the lowest form. Think of the concept of "hell" being "below" us. Thats where hauntings come from.... low and dense energy formed out of trauma and tragedy. My personal hell is where I went out of fear.
