      On this meditation, I'm doing well untill the part when you say you're going to disconnect, Once you say that I feel my essence return and can't go back to the spirit realm.

    Did it last night and had the strongest astral projection ever.
    My body was vibrating super strong that I got tired and turned it off after 30min and just turned around and went to sleep. Very soon I got up but I knew immediately that my body stayed on the bed. Had many different experiences but the most interesting one was when I met 3 people that looked Pleiadian. One woman shaked my hand and said she is my daughter from home. I felt much love and all I could say was: finally reunited.
    She told me her name and then I wanted to say mine but didnt know which name should I use and I replied: I guess Im Lucas, I’ll go with my Earth name.
    The last experience worth to mention is at the end when I wanted to wake up. I was in my bedroom again and on the bed there was some entity that looked possessed like in horror movies. Screaming. I got scared for a second but then I said: STOP. Im not afraid of you. You are me and I am you. I am Love.
    Then I woke up. It was the best night of my life because I never really got so far in my projection. Thank you! ❤

    Thia lead me to a vivid, lucid dream which involved travelling though different landscapes, transitioning between each through doors. The final door lead me back to my room where I woke up paralised for a few minutes. It was a pleasant experience, no fear or desire to escape it.

    I did this last night and was falling asleep and something woke me up and I saw a bunch of black blobs moving away from the center of my vision right before she said “do you see anything?” Does anyone know what these were? I wasn’t able to leave my body last night but I will try again tonight but I am really curious as to what I was seeing. And thank you for making these guides they have helped me so much.

      I think it may be how we see energy. I’ve seen these since I was a kid but now as an adult I can make the energy move if I’m in the right headspace

      Where’d you find those?! I have this “condition “as well and I think it’s taken for granted by most people who don’t to be able to visualize!

    Been trying to do this for past 3-4 times but everytime I fall asleep when focussing on the lights from different points of body, never been able to make it through the full process

      Thanks for reaching out. The time you practice makes a huge difference. If you're practicing in bed before sleep, it's very likely you'll fall asleep. I would suggest trying when you're not as sleepy (like an afternoon nap) or try the "wake back to bed method," (WBTB) so you wake up 4-6 hours after going to sleep, move to another area (like your sofa) and try it then. I would also suggest using short yoga nidras to train yourself to stay away in the "mind awake, body asleep" state. Try a 10 or 15 minute one.     Ahhhh, very nice. Worked quite wonderfully! Thank you, I'll be back. Subscription earned. Found my self a bit stuck for awhile with just the hands and feet vibration but concentrated and expanded it up through my body and had a lovely dream.

    Hi Rosalie! I have a few questions. 1. Where do you travel during astral projection? 2. What do the astral realms look like? 3. Is there anyway to control where you go during astral projection? 4. How do I achieve a full astral projection? (I've been able to do partial projections but not full ones!) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Rosalie. When you say let all your tension gather at the heart space, what do you mean? Isn’t tension bad, and so I shouldn’t gather it?

    I always get to the point where I feel my body drifting or like something trying to pull away from my body but am never able to astral project. Do you know why that is??

      I know it can be frustrating when it doesn’t happen - it does take a bit of time and practice. I would experiment a bit until you find a technique that works for you. It can also happen spontaneously when you least expect it/ stop trying.
      Having said that, these are a few things that can help accelerate the process: having out-of-body experiences (OBEs) on your mind a lot, reading astral projection books, using affirmations, examining any limiting beliefs you might have, keeping a dream journal (writing in it every day first thing when you wake up) and have a strong, daily spiritual practice.     Has anyone in the community had issues with pressure or pain in the forehead (like right above the bridge of the nose) while attempting to meditate? For me it happens once Rosalie starts going through the different points of the body. It has been really hard for me to get past it and has ended my attempts prematurely quite a bit. I’m admittedly a little new to trying these techniques out, so I’m sure I could be doing something wrong or maybe straining a bit without being aware. If anyone has any suggestions or tips, I’d be greatly appreciative!

    I have a question. I’ve been running into a problem recently and was wondering if you could help, I’m able to get into the vibrational phase fairly quickly in about 5 mins or so and I’m able to feel my hands and feet vibrate immediately, my only problem which I feel is preventing me from actually leaving my body is being able to make my whole body vibrate. Do you have any solutions or suggestions to help with doing this?

      Hi Nathan. That's great that you're able to get to the vibrational state so quickly. To make the vibrations spread through your whole body, I would suggest focusing on where you feel them the most strongly and then use the power of your intention to bring them to other parts. It's even more powerful when you add in visualisation. For example, you could visualise it as a silver haze in your feet and then visualise and intend for this to move up your legs, hips, torso, arms, up to your head and then down again.
      For me, it's a bit like I'm shifting gears down and sensing into a finer, more subtle energy. It's like I'm tuning into it, like a radio dial. Another thing you could try to to ask for help/ advice from a guide if that resonates with you. Your non-physical team is always there to help - you just have to ask for their help!
