- Ping Nam Stream 屏 南 石 澗- is located along Nam Chung Country Trail in Pat Sin Leng Country Park. It's less than 2km going up the stream but we stayed there for hours and hours as we can't get enough with the pools and waterfalls, there's a lot along the way! We took the chance taking a lot of photos too! Heading down back to the bus stop taking Nam Chung Country Trail is also less than 2km, so let's say our hike in a total of 3.5km or less. But we own our time and not rushing so we spend 6-7 hours for this hike:-).

Yes, it's a nice stream actually, a lot of pools to dip on, and waterfalls. We reach the part where many people canyoning, that part is my favorite at some point.

Nice video. I live near there and go there many times. Just be very careful in the summer. Flash floods are very dangerous, I witnessed one while swimming there and you would not believe how dangerous they are. Even if it isnt raining where you are they still can happen. Have fun but be safe.
Thank you for your concern and for watching my video. I agree, flash floods are very dangerous, we have to check weather conditions before heading, so that's why we didn't stay long in the waters, just a quick soak to cool down and have to finish the hike:-)

is this watefall accesible on weekdays and good for dry season like april?
Hi there, thanks for reaching out, yes, hk trails are accessible everyday, same as this spot. When hiking on streams like Ping Nam Stream for example, it's better to go in summer time, so there's water.
