VEGAS Pro 21 - NEW Z-Depth Effect & how to use it 👨‍🏫

Hey Scrappers! Josh here with another VEGAS Pro 21 tutorial and in this one, I'll be going over one of the many uses of the new Z-Depth effect that comes with the new VEGAS 21. The Z Depth plugin allows you to separate a piece of medial by estimated depth in the shot which allows you to be creative with masking and adding media between on on top of the masked layers with ease!

This is nor happening for me all the time. Every time i use Z-Depth my background is removed. REMOVED. So I can see a person which is cutted from a picture (black background behind him). How did you do that your background is still visible after applying Z-Depth effect?

I'm so glad Vegas added this. Trying to use Mocha Pro takes me literal hours just to come out with a very ugly rotoscope for something simple and I end up jus using AI to do it. I want to try this out and see how much time this can save.

A great example on a static image! But in the video with a man waving his arms, this does not work ((( Hands are in front, then behind the text. I would like to be happy, but this is not a working tool, it will go for a tik-tok current..
