Brah she held the brakes right up to the point where you really need the brakes the most. Her center of gravity was still on top of the lip when she let it ride so she just coasted away from the slope. Tapping the front brake at that point was icing on the cake. Hopefully she is ok. Dude his voice is like lol at her. 1 her tires are way too low. 2 she didn't sit back over rear tire. 3 she was an absolute champ and we probably lost a good rider for life. Shame on her dude, man, brother, dad!
Always put your weight on the pedals and keep the wheels on the ground. Well maybe she already knows what to do, occasional crashes on new obstacles are pretty common. But that drop is really a confidence breaker. Good luck on your next try!😊
Reason of crash for those wondering: she held that front brake all the way down so the front wheel locked up and she lost traction and crashed. Sometimes you just gotta let just of the brakes no matter what because a lot of times it’s actually safer.
You can see the rear wheel locking she seems to be applying rear brake she just landed at a hard angle. She needed more room and more skill to reposition her bike and land on both wheels.

I just got a new bike, and it fits me much better: ua-cam.com/video/u59fFXUVQlg/v-deo.htmlsi=5ssuHMaA7SwUl7mU
What do you think?
Yo. That drop is no joke. Thank God for the full face helmet.
Oh yeah, and immediately upgraded to a more protective one: ua-cam.com/video/QeLVpOoJ_l4/v-deo.html
From the beginning I was like there is no way this person is cut for this. And then they wiped out identical to if you sent a dummy over the edge, that was one of the least graceful falls i have ever seen, shes lucky she didnt break a rib.
Thanks for your comment! I even upgraded to a better helmet, this one: ua-cam.com/video/QeLVpOoJ_l4/v-deo.htmlsi=o5bcvkxxLfEi73mG
@@zerounobikes I'm worried for your safety.
@@stephenstrang590 no worries, I’m a biker 😎☕️
I wouldn't say no skill... she gave that a bloody good go
Thanks fro cheering me up
@zerounobikes that takes a lot of balls, hope it doesn't discourage you from riding :) you clearly have the skills to do it
@@joewatkins1667 ☺️❤️✨
That was brutal. As a fellow female rider, id never attempt that or want to. Kudos to you for even trying ❤
Thanks for cheering me up Scarlet! Let's go girls!
Confidence is key when you're starting out. If you're gonna send it send it.
Totally agreed, need more practice and confidence
😂 Yeah, but my first time going on a tabletop that was said a rookie on a cheap bike couldn't make it I went into FULL send mode and completely over shot the entire jump! 😵💫
Which is why I always tell people it's best to start as an impulsive teenager. Once you're an adult with proper risk assessment skills, it's much harder 😂
@@zerounobikesshe needs to start with easier stuff, this drop was WAAAAAAAAAYYYYY about her skill level (zero)
Unicycle pretty much. It's all self belief and hope
Skill comes with pain
That's so true! Learning curve
It’s not the girl fault it’s the people who brought her to this track
Study the techniques first. Then practice a lot by levels and finally ride through paths.
Thanks a lot! I suggest you another video where you can see the bike: ua-cam.com/video/wQgIzRC-J94/v-deo.html
Exactly I don't get people encouraging attempts like that without the skills to do it. She could have practiced on a smaller similar feature and not take the risk of breaking her spine.
Man hope she’s alright. That was a hard slam
All good, thanks for asking!
Actually what she's doing takes lots of balls
Big props. She honestly almost had that!
Thanks for cheering me up
Hesitating can be a killer. No matter who you are.
Thanks for your comment! I suggest you the full bike video: ua-cam.com/video/u59fFXUVQlg/v-deo.html
love the bravery. get at it 💪
Thanks a lot for your comment!

Whoever let her ride that trail needs a few questions asking of themselves. Should have had knee and elbow pads as well.
You're so right, gears are so important, I even upgraded to this new helmet: ua-cam.com/video/QeLVpOoJ_l4/v-deo.htmlsi=7RgILElcbYd8lcs_
Always wear a helmet, kids
So agreed with you! I even upgraded my bike to a new one that suit me better, this one: ua-cam.com/video/u59fFXUVQlg/v-deo.htmlsi=Du2fbPM7aIkBTZ37
I tell my kids, whenever you commit to a feature, hand off the front brake!
That’s so true 🙏🏼
@@zerounobikes why are you agreeing, the crash happened because she let go front brakes too early and the rear got too much momentum
@@alol441it wouldn't happened if she doesnt go that slow especially right before a drop
@@MrZombie3 that drop is incredibly steep and tall, if she went fast she would have got air time and landed incredibly hard to flat. you actually have to go slow and make sure the rear wheel doesn’t gain more horizontal speed than the front wheel.
@@alol441 Not on this one. Once over the lip, the front brakes are doing nothing thus as the bike accelerates the rear will pick up momentum & rotate the bike forward.
The correct way to is approach with mild speed and lift the front wheel as it goes over the lip almost like a manual.
