I feel that as soon as any game store closes and you have bought a digital game that you will no longer be able to access, that you are then entitled to a refund of the money spent on those games that you own and will not be able to legally play anymore
The Wii U gamepad was ahead of its time. Being able to still play the Wii U while someone was watching tv was so nice. Scribblenauts Unlimited, Little Inferno, Smash 4 & Mario Maker were my favorites from that era.
I remember getting my first Wii for Christmas back in the day and I still think it is one of the best consoles along with the nostalgic GameCube and N64.
The existence of the virtual Gamecube within the virtual Wii within the Wii U is hilarious because the Wii did have Gamecube virtual console support but that was not included in the Wii U.
The Wii u is arguably the best console to ever exist, it's homebrew, emulation and touchscreen capabilities allow you to run almost any game from any console released upto it's launch, I personally use mine to play mario and Luigi partners in time from the comfort of my couch with the functionality of both a ds and the larger screens provided from both the tv and the console
it's Amazing how much it can do. Also I've been playing ds games by injecting on the virtual console and it's very satisfying, I'm having a lot of fun replaying Phoenix Wright on my tv while being able to choose my evidence on the bottom screen, Also the mic works with it, pretty cool I would say.
Nintendo just terminated the online service for a generation of console, so naturally the workers in charge of maintaining it were promptly reassigned to solely taking down all and any fanmade online services. Especially, those made purely out of love for Nintendo's IPs. How dare those fans do Nintendo's jobs for them!
What absolute Goblins. Nintendo removing online play on the 3DS is a tragedy. I swear if anyone defends Nintendo’s actions for this deserves to be called a clown.

I had work at 4:30 this morning, and stayed up til like 2:30 filling in a few more 'Dex spaces while I could...much love to everyone around the globe who showed up and shared their prized friends...people were just tossing LV 100s, shinies, and version exclusives with such generosity that I could hardly stand it.
I hope to see some of you, either on Pretendo or Showdown.
I was just hatching eggs and loading those newborns with TM moves all night, sending out starters, gen-1s, Machokes, Kadabras, Gravelers, and Haunters by the dozen...what began as a race against the clock became what felt like becoming an empty-nester, dressing up all my kids in their best movements, putting either a Soda Pop, Moomoo Milk, or a Revive in their inventory, and watching them join new families....
Just checking out basic player profiles, you can see how many people came out of retirements / long breaks to show up for the occasion...I hope, full-heartedly, to hold the feelings and memories from last night for the rest of my days.
Honestly got me wanting to go back and watch the sick smash reveals smash 4 had
Mutahar you are a brave fellow for making this.
In before Nintendo's lawyers arrive...
Holy shit Muta I literally just finished Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, started Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and felt like I had missed something. Then I remembered there was another game in between and was going to hook up my Wii U to play Xenoblade Chronicles X and got sad realizing it's probably going to have lost content because the servers are gone, and then I see this exact video and what's the first game you hold up? Now I have to unpause and watch the rest of the video, even knowing you're most likely about to have to crush my soul with reality.
Yeah, that game (X) was my childhood. I got so excited when he held it up!
Now the game is being rereleased which is great because the Wii U version is cheaper. Same for the original xenoblade which lost its value to being as valuable as Mario kart wii. The switch version of xenoblade is now worth more than the wii
I just came from Ryu's live stream. I'm 100% on board with this 💯
Same day as the eclipse, coincidence? I think not🗣🔥🔥
Mutahar out here looking MAJESTIC in the thumbnail.
I don’t play games anymore but this channel is still interesting af.
Aint gonna lie, I have a soft spot for the WiiU. It wasnt as magical as the og WII sure, but the secondary screen was charming as fuck. I especially liked the second screens use for Tokyo Mirage Session, where it was mainly stats and touch controls and stuff. It just looked neat to have all the info right there in front of you at once while playing the game. Not the best game ever tho ngl lmao, the censorship was hella weird and not needed at all
I will never feel bad for pirating a Nintendo game. I came to that decision last year and I've had much better experiences because of it.
Muta talking about how great a hacked Wii U moment
me when i learn that all my "SD cards" are actually just micro SD adapters
I think the most impressive thing about this video is that it's actually still up on UA-cam and hasn't been taken down. Damn, the power of Muta lol.
Otherwise great tutorial man! Absolutely brought new life to my WiiU for me. Thanks!
*hears hard knock on door, "Nintendo of America here"
mudahar: shits himself
These are the videos I love from Muta. Always willing to click into these.
I already know how to do everything in the video but hearing someone else passionate about this stuff is just plain fun and relaxing.
Ahhh shiii my friend is trying to get his old 3ds I’m wanting to put homebrew onto it thank you for this guide
If you’re viewing this and you have a Wii U, you are genuinely in danger if you don’t hack it. If that thing bricks you’ll want to have a way to restore the NAND.
Bless you for spreading the good word of jailbreaking Muta
I feel that as soon as any game store closes and you have bought a digital game that you will no longer be able to access, that you are then entitled to a refund of the money spent on those games that you own and will not be able to legally play anymore
So Nintendo caused the eclipse today…
The Wii U gamepad was ahead of its time. Being able to still play the Wii U while someone was watching tv was so nice. Scribblenauts Unlimited, Little Inferno, Smash 4 & Mario Maker were my favorites from that era.
Mutahar DOES what NintenDON'T
I remember getting my first Wii for Christmas back in the day and I still think it is one of the best consoles along with the nostalgic GameCube and N64.
I'm guessing their terms of service no longer apply now that they are no longer offering a service.
Correctamundo
XENOBLADE X WAS MY CHILDHOOD. Thank you so much for showing the game lol. I instantly recognized it as soon as it got into frame. :p
I have a wii u in my drawer. I might use this video. Thanks muta
I love it but my only problem is how bulky the cables are
This makes me so happy. So many people talk trash about this legendary legacy console
Muta is GLOWING in that thumbnial
0:03 bro looked like a kidnapper😂
the fact it can run nintendo switch titles better than the switch is a crazy missed opportunity
I love Muta’s enthusiasm when talking about hacking and emulators 😭🤣
Pokemon Bank Services still up? or are those servers separate from the main nintendo servers?
They said they will be up longer
R.I.P Wonder trade 2013 - 2024
it's Amazing how much it can do. Also I've been playing ds games by injecting on the virtual console and it's very satisfying, I'm having a lot of fun replaying Phoenix Wright on my tv while being able to choose my evidence on the bottom screen, Also the mic works with it, pretty cool I would say.
Streetpass -> other 3DSes
Spotpass -> online data from nintendo sometimes when sleeping.
It was exciting just opening up to see new items and weapons in the games from spotpass and streetpass. All that magic- gone
I specifically built a beastly machine for emulation. And the game I specifically wanted to emulate was XCX.
I can’t believe I live in a time when the Wii U is considered an old console
Honestly, Nobody Hates Nintendo Fans More Than Nintendo.
Mutahar comin' out here with that borderline biblical looking thumbnail
RiiConnect and what's coming for Wii U & 3DS will be there for us hopefuly...
Pretendo exists
@@Aurora-r2cI was overjoyed hearing about Pretendo but haven't tried it yet. I hope it's good
Thumbnail Muta is looking good!
What absolute Goblins. Nintendo removing online play on the 3DS is a tragedy.
I swear if anyone defends Nintendo’s actions for this deserves to be called a clown.
They're the entire entertainment industry dawg.
@@NetBattlerhonk honk
What games do people play online? I can’t think of a single one besides smash and mario kart but those are on the switch.
Yeah Nintendo should keep 20 year old games' servers alive even though literally no one plays said games anymore
@@Maximilian1990👅🥾
I don't have a Nintendo system, but I would recommend _recording_ this video *_right now,_* in case they throw a hissy fit and force Muta or UA-cam to take it down.
Welp. I guess it's time to enroll my Wii U on Pretendo.
oh wow I can't believe I missed this vid. I've been preaching about hacking ur wii u for a while mang, but it hasn't had much traction. I hacked mine a while back and could only get it soft-modded back then since I lacked a DS game from the eshop.
You know what sucks? One of my favorite little games is "Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a Dark Lord", but it's only for Wii digital download.
Love playing it on my phone with the Dolphin emulator. It could have been a wonderful mobile game.
dot (imma look the game up later thank you mate.)
I dont even have a Wii U but I like watching this tutorial video for fun!
Modders will always do what Nintenwon’t
I hacked my Wiiu last year. Absolutely worth it. It plays GC, Wii, and Wiiu games natively which is insane.
Against Nintendo, piracy is justified.
piracy is the way, it's for the people,
"legal" ownership of patents and copyright is abolished
At this point, it's not piracy; it's preservation
@@HaveanOreshnik And copyright + patents respect the individual. Without that, there would be nothing for "the people" as we know it today.
@CycloidalHeadache the creator? What if he had no choice to give up the game to them, like in some contract
@@capecon yeah but corporations have abused that for so long, doesn't seem like a mystery, atleast when we grow up and see how things have developed
Muta was already based, but he ascended even higher when he mentioned Xenoblade X. That game is a hidden gem that every RPG fan should play
I love Nintendo, but they’ve been making really shitty decisions lately.
My Wii U is gathering dust in my room just waiting to be reborn. But I feel like I need a Muta in my life to help guide me through hacking my old systems and running emulators because, knowing myself, I'm sure I'd screw up one small step and suddenly my Wii U is bricked.
At the risk of sounding rude, did you watch the whole video? Muta @6:06 points out the Wii U Hacks Guide which, having used it myself, is straightforward as long as you take it slowly.
The last firmware update that nintendo released on the Wii U actually broke my Wii U, even though I never modded or hacked it. Now neither the disc or digital titles load. :/ Gives an error code that I was not able to find info about (160-0103) . If anyone recognises the situation, let me know. :/
Its your nand failing.
Now that I have you making a video I’m missing my Wii U
Um aren’t you gonna talk about the Apple emulation announcement?
he too much of a coward to say anything positive about apple
He won’t give Apple positive publicity 😂 typical android fanboy
@loko6101 Apple doing the bare minimum is nothing to be celebrated
I was wondering this
Apple emulation? What, how, why?
😭 rip best console. I had my Nintendo DSi and 3DS XL haven't played it really in a long time tho but... I love them 😞 Best memories with them, memories I will never ever have ever again. I bet many people feel like this.
Nintendo Network is dead. Long live Pretendo Network!
