- Опубліковано 4 сер 2024
- There are some VERBS that require DATIVE case. And in this lesson you have the chance to practice the most important ones for A1 along with Personal Pronouns in accusative & dative. The first exercise is exclusively about A1 dative verbs, while the second exercise also requires the knowledge of personal pronouns in accusative and dative. Therefore this lesson is based on our videos "Verben Mit Dativ A1" , "German Personal Pronouns in Dative" and "German Personal Pronouns in Akkusativ". In case you haven't learnt or struggle with either one of these topics we recommend to watch the applicable video before you start this exercise.
Verben Mit Dativ A1 | ALL 14 German Dative Verbs for A1 Level
• Verben Mit Dativ A1 | ...
German Personal Pronouns in Dative with examples, Tips and Rules | Learn German
• German Personal Pronou...
German Personal Pronouns in Akkusativ with Examples | mich (me), dich (you)
• German Personal Pronou...
The first section of this practice video you is a multiple-choice practice. Besides choosing the correct verb you will also need to put it into the right form. And remeber, the verb you choose needs to be a dative verb.
The second part is about choosing the suitable personal pronoun. The verb in each sentence tells you which case you need to use - accusative or dative. You will get a short review of the personal pronouns of both cases before the exercise beginns.
Please give us some feedback about this practice video, what was good and what we can improve in our practice videos to come.

Vielen herzlichen Dank!
Luzi & Johannes
Thank you, Luzi, for your very clear explanations and examples!
Its Johannes… not Luzi 😉
But you are very welcome 😊
Vielen Dank für deine Videos.🙏🏻🥰
Sehr gerne 👍🙂🙏
The German usage of dative can be quite different to how you construct the same sentence in English. These exercise videos are a good way to highlight that and practice the differences!
Dankeschön 🙂👍🙏
And yes I couldn't agree more 🙂 there can be quite a difference 👍
Danke! Deine video gefält mir schön
Sehr gerne 🙂👍🙏
💐 die sind für dich, ich möchte dir für deine hilfe danken johannes ☺️❤️
Sehr gerne. Und danke für die Blumen.👍😊🙏

Hallo, sehr interessant. Die Übung hat mir gefallen.
Sehr schön. 🙂👍🙏
Das freut mich 😊
@@yourgermanteacher Ihr seid so nett.
😊👍🙏
Thank you this is very helpfull👏👏
👍😊
Ich danke euch für ein weiteres gutes sonntags -Training: so bete ich sonntags😇😁. Ich war überrascht über 'raten', ich dachte, es wäre Dativ.
Hi Bronnie. Sehr gerne 😊👍
Aber "raten" ist doch Dativ.
Der Arzt hat "mir" geraten.... 🙂🙏
@@yourgermanteacher oh gut! Okay werde ich ihn noch einmal anschauen. Dankeschön für deine Hilfe!
Sehr gerne 🙂🙏
very helpful!
Vielen Dank 😊
Thank you, your videos help a lot.
You both doing a good job 👍👍👍
Learning is fun.
Dankeschön 😊👍🙏
I'm new to German. I've signed up for your program. I am a bit confused though ... do you have a sequence of videos I need to watch? I like your instructions (both of you are great instructors) but I'm jumping "all over the map" trying to figure what video to watch. Can you help with this?
Hi, thank you for your comment.😊🙏
You can start with our A1.1 playlists 🙂👍🙏
Du bist großartig, die Beispiele sind wunderschön. Lediglich bei der Konjugation des Verbs anschauen „Ich schau(e)“ wird (e) übersehen. (7:14)
Dankeschön 🙂👍🙏
Und auch danke für den Hinweis zu
"Ich schau(e) mir das mal an." 🙂👍🙏
Ich hatte das "e" allerdings absichtlich weggelassen, da der komplette Satz umgangssprachliche ist und so lebendiger klingt und weniger wie Kursbuchdeutsch.
Rein grammatikalisch gesehen hast du natürlich Recht, hier müsste man eigentlich "schaue" schreiben. 🙂👍🙏
Vielen Dank für Ihre Erklärungen.
Very helpful
🙂👍🙏
Very good video Sir !
Where can one find ,whether the given verb is accusative or dative ? Which Dictionary ?
Dankeschön 😊👍🙏
I don't know any bilingual dictionary that gives this information. Normally dict.cc is very accurate but it also doesn't include this information. The only dictionary that I know which gives you this information is "Duden" ... But it's in Germany only. 😔
But for A1 and A2 we have all Dative verbs covered with our videos. You can find the links in the description of this video here. 🙂🙏
@@yourgermanteacher Thanks a lot Sir .
Sehr gerne 👍🙏
Very good
🙂👍🙏
But it would be correct if I picked 'ihr' and 'ihm' at 5:48, right?
Das Steak hat ihr/ihm sehr gut geschmeckt
Yes grammatically both is correct 👍🙂
I marked "ihm" as correct answer just because of the picture next to the sentence. 🙂
@Johanes/Luzi, You have removed/deleted many videos from the playlists. Is there any particular reason for that or they got accidentally deleted? I´m appearing for the Fide German Exam in July and find your videos really helpful. Would be nice if you have all the videos in the playlist. Also would be nice if you could make videos on all 11 topics they cover in the Fide Exam.
Here are the 11 topics:
1. Accommodation - searching for, viewing, or showing an apartment, complaining about something, introducing to your neighbors etc
2. Children - school, nursery, etc
3. Job/Profession - different professions, presenting about your job role, etc
4. Job Search - preparing a job application, job advertisement, Job interview questions
5. Administration - Registering your arrival/departure at a Gemeinde, applying for residence permit etc
6. Media and Leisure - TV, Radio, Membership to a local club, etc
7. Transportation - buying tickets, trains, buses, renting a car, etc
8. Shopping - purchasing groceries, clothes etc, discounts, coupons, store announcements, etc
9. Post, Bank etc - Opening an account, sending parcel, buying stamps etc
10. Health - buying insurance, visiting a doctor etc
11. Trainings etc - registering for a course etc
Hi, that's strange 😟🤔, cause we didn't delete any videos. Which videos were you looking for in particular? 🙂
We have some videos that are kind of related to this topics. You can find them in our playlist called "Your life in Germany" 👍
@@yourgermanteacher if you look at the playlists for A1.2, A2.1 Grammar, Vocabulary etc. There are many videos with deleted as thumbnails.
@@yourgermanteacher cool. I will check it. Thanks
Practice lesson was good. I need lesson where I actually speak,

Hello sir!! I am from India.
I had a question.
If we pursue studying bachelor's in Germany, then are the books over there in german script or in english script?
BTW your videos help me understand the concept very easily. 😊
Dankeschön 🙂👍🙏
It depends on your University and Bachelor. But normally you will have to read books in both languages, German and English. 🙏
@@yourgermanteacher sir you mean some books are in german and some are in English, right?
Yes
@@yourgermanteacher thank you sir😊😊
Sehr gerne 🙏
ich habe einen frage. ich hat einen satz gelesen, dass gesagt, "Markus spielt gerne mit seinem alten Opa Schach auf dem Küchentisch." aber verstehe mich es nicht , warum benutzt man beides objekt im dativ? bitte hilfe mir!

Hi can you put pflege class for nurses. I am a nurse. I finished my A1 .
I can try in the future, but I don't know much about nursing 😟🤔 what exactly do you need ?
@@yourgermanteacher Thank you very much for your time. We nurses need medical vocabulary, common phrases using in hospital. It's really hard for us to learn pflege. But I really appreciate your vedios...very helpful.
Sehr gerne 😊👍🙏
So far we have only one video which is about medical content - Going to a doctor.
ua-cam.com/video/fvj_ef-Mn2Y/v-deo.html
I think in the future we will make more videos about medical content. But till then you can also check our IG. You will need to scroll down a bit but there you can find two tables and an audiopost about medical content. 👍🙏
Why do say bei den Hausaufaben?
Du kannst auch sagen "mit" den Hausaufgaben. Beides ist richtig 😉👍🙏
Even me ooooo 😂
Wie hat euch mein Kartoffelsalat gefallen? Perhaps we don't use "wie" with gefallen--?
👍🙂🙏
*...geschmeckt. 🙏
Sir I have one doubt .
Can it be
Sie schenkt ihrer Shwester zum Geburtstag. (Schenken - to gift 🎁)
The verb "schenken" can't stand alone, you always need an akk-object. In other words you need to mention the gift. e.g.
Sie schenkt ihrer Schwester ein Handy zum Geburtstag. / Sie schenkt ihrer Schwester zum Geburtstag ein Handy. 🙂🙏👍
@@yourgermanteacher thank you so much ❤️
@@yourgermanteacher Tomorrow is my german exam . Shall send the MCQ marks here. Verbs are coming for 5 marks . Have a great day sir. And thanks a lot for clearing my doubt
Sehr gerne 👍🙂🙏
Viel Erfolg für deine Prüfung. 💪🙏 🙂
And yes, let us know how your test was🙏🙂
Why there are two '' ihnen ''? 🤔🤔
Where?

Ja, passen ist auch ein Dativ Verb.
Die Schuhe passen mir nicht. Sie sind zu klein.🙏🙂👍
