A well-done review. However, a bit of advise to everyone: DO NOT buy these without actually trying to wear them. Anyone says they are comfortable has been wearing some torturing devices beforehand. Yes, they are light-weighted, but very sharp-angled where its body connects to a holder. Some pain after 2-3 hours is assured. I can't even imagine yet to wear them with sunglasses. Maybe it is personal. Second, they are not close to your hearing canal. But this can be personal, too. Even doing its "adaptive test" I should approach them closer to hear those tunes.
Something to be aware of. I purchased two pairs and both had issues with the charging case not lighting up or functioning so the earbuds were unable to sync and I was only ablemto use one earbud at a time. My first pair had issues right out of the box. My second pair started having problems after about 2 months.
For 40 quid these are ‘kin amazing. Yeah keep shopping but for the dough the spacial imaging is superb. Better than my airpods 2. OK the app sks balls but my iphone connected instantly and the out of the box sound was great especially in the midrange where all the detail is. Go nice and loud too. Super pleased with them. And and and they…are…so…comfortable. So much nicer to wear than in ear. So Light if it wasn’t for the music you wouldn’t know they are on but substantial in the hand. First impressions ⬆️ Deep bass is slightly light but the midrange is so amazingly detailed you won’t really care. Treble on hi hats and cymbals is excellent. Instrument separation is also very very good. Remarkably Enjoyable. Well recorded music will shine. This is all before I have even opened the app or used the app in anyway. They just paired instantly and worked and worked well.
I'm glad that you mentioned about the leakage of sound from the headphones to around. How much of sound leakage to around should be listed as something crucial to talk about. It is quite important, especially when you have a phone call through headphones and want to be sure that your privacy is secured.
I LOVE the runfree lite and i gave these a try and they sounded horribly hissy especially when using the eq presets. I exchanged them for another pair and that also had the same problem. There may be quality issues or a problem with the app or firmware.
I've never thought this about a pair before, but wow... they sounded better with the ANC on in the mic test. A little tinny and distant without, but clear, then super clear and concise with ANC on, they drowned out the noise while working perfectly. It doesn't get better than that, simply amazing! They sounded so good, If I got them I'd never shut the ANC off.
Hi, great review! I was going to buy a pair of soundcore aero fit pro but after seeing this video I’m reconsidering. Can you give me some advice on sound quality between these two?
im so torned between this one and the FIIL CC2. still contemplating which one to purchase cuz i like the looks better on the FIIL CC2 compare to these.what do you think?
i got my aero fit pro and it doesn't have much bass like this from what i heard from a friend , also aero fit pro is a lot more expensive although it got custom control but it only has single and double tap which is stupid , i will buy this because it got everything under full control although you cannot customize it , great job soundpeats
I gave them a try and while they were light and comfy on the ears and the sound wasn’t bad, I did not like the controls and they didn’t connect automatically to the iPhone. My AP pros are showing their age after 4 years so I thought I’d give them a try. But after a few hours I noticed I was getting a headache that seemed to be from them. Probably sending them back. Keep up the great reviews. Ever make it to Holland MI?
Hello from Quebec dear Brannon no D. I lost my Anker Sports x10 lately. Do you know if Anker will present a new version of these x10? Should I wait to buy a new pair of earbuds for sports?
Hands down, one of the best pairs of earbuds I’ve ever gotten regardless of price were the Soundpeats Air 3 HS open ear buds. I got them on sale for $30! And they sounded absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, like almost all earbuds, they don’t stay in my atypically shaped ears. I hated to, but couldn’t use them so I gave them away. I’m very excited to learn about these and already ordered a pair. Thanks for the recommendation - can’t wait to try them. Will let you know.
It would indeed be nice if the app could report the battery percentage of the case, but I don't see how that would even be possible, given the fact the case itself never has a bluetooth connection to the phone, unlike the ear pieces. The only thing I can think of that might work is if the ear pieces were able to detect case battery percentage and then, open removal from the case and connecting with the phone, report that info to the phone as a fixed figure, until the next time they were returned to the case, and then connected to the phone once more, with the latest fixed figure. BTW, what did you mean when you said you were glad they chose to include the app with this model? Isn't the app always just a download from the appropriate iOS or Play Store?? And haven't most always found the app pretty underwhelming? IIRC, it pissed me off that the app required some sort of registration to use it.
Nice review. I'm thinking of picking these up. Unfortunately I just bought the OnePlus Buds 3 so I'm not sure yet. My wife is getting annoyed at all my earbud purchases.
Great review as usual, Brannon. :) They look like they're priced right at $50, for what they are. For open ear earbuds, I consider LDAC a gimmick. I won't say it *artificially* inflates the price, because I'm sure it costs something to get them LDAC certified, but For the kind of earbuds they are, and how you're going to use them, LDAC is pretty pointless. They look like they'd be good for runners or others who exercise outdoors, though. The only thing that makes me hesitant about open ear earbuds is that most closed ear earbuds have decent transparency modes now. It seems to me that earbuds where you can turn the transparency on or off have more utility than ones where the transparency is in effect always on.
One last question@@BrannonNod , I love a bargain, have you considered reviewing the TrueFree 01 open erabuds? I understand that the TrueFree brand is a sub-brand of Soundpeats, and their open earbuds are very price accesible.
@@BrannonNod I'm just a little impatient. Lol... I just found you today and I'm going to follow because your give an honest review. I've watched 3 of your videos so far

What mic is better quality, these or the Tozos?
Are the good for work eg teams calls
How fit is this one compared to wings2? I use it for dancing and weightlifting. Which one is more secure?
You might need more of a wing style especially for wearing them while dancing 😉
@Brannon Better sounding than the $230.00 Oladance?

but or they better than the open ear shokz I have unfurtunetly lost 2 pares and cant buy a 3rd pair so i want something better if thats possible haha
which one do you recommend soundcore aerofit pro vs Aerofit vs Gofree2
gofree 2 is way cheaper so ...
Bought some of these on the back of this video. Absolutely brilliant. General soundpeats feedback though: the game mode is dreadful.
Can you use 1 at a time?
Yes 👍
