Mark, I purchased your cutting board stand digital plan and imported the DXF file into Vcarve Pro. I used profile cut on the outside of the line (with conventional cut) for the tool path using 1/8" downcut bit. When I did that, the half lap cuts that inter-connect the pieces were too narrow. Any suggestion as to why the cut made the slots too small? Thanks for your help and loved all of your plans I purchased so far.
Hey, I don't always get to all of the UA-cam comments so make sure to reach out through Etsy if you're looking for quick support. Two suggestions for you based on what you're saying: (1) I would suggest putting a chamfer on the edges to ensure the pieces can fit together easier. (2) The thickness of the material is supposed to be 1/2" thick so if you're still having trouble you can run the pieces through a drum sander to get down to 0.49" to help things fit. If neither of these fixes your issue, reach out to me through Etsy and we'll get this resolved. Good luck!
It looks like you are happy with the 1F. Are there any issues that you have had to work through that a new buyer should know about it? Any must do things to keep it working consistently?
Hey Tommy, yeah I have been very happy with my OneFinity. It’s been essentially maintenance-free in the year+ I have been using it. I haven’t encountered any issues with calibration, which is a testament to their ball screw design.
Hey Marius, I have a OneFinity CNC. The one you see in this video is their journeyman with a 32” x 32” cuttable area. Since this video I actually bought a larger version they offer called an elite Foreman. You can check out a more current video of mine to see the difference.
How do you like your one finity? I am a woodworker and make cutting boards & charcuterie boards. I do have a small side business and would like to add a CNC and have been looking at the shapeoko 5 and have herd good things about one finity. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks man. Great video.
@@SYLTHECRU there’s a company called PWNCNC that makes them. I have the v7 dust boot. Here is a link for you to check out: pwncnc.com/collections/featured-products/products/dust-boot-v7
Round over for me..
I really like all of your designs!
Thanks Rick. It sounds like there are more round over fans out there!
Team round over ❤ Love the cocktail toppers! So much easier to use vs the glass domes. And way more cost effective! Very creative design!🎉🎉

Great job Mark, I really like those cutting board holders.
Thanks NW. They’re a pretty slick solution to putting your items on display.
“When you are trying to establish dominance” 😂😂😂 I love your jokes throughout the videos! Very clever
Hahahah, sometimes you just have to let the other woodworkers know 😂😂
Ha I need a template for cutting broad holders. Any help?

Now I have to wonder if any of my rival woodworkers are out-peacocking me with your cutting board holder.
Hahaha, no one could ever out-peacock you Logan! 😂😂
Hi, what software do you use for your CNC?
Hey Andrew, I use Fusion360 for most of my work. They offer a free version to hobbyists so you can give it a shot without risk.
Good luck!
Hi.. I like the design of your CNC. What brand or model is it? Thanks!

Great video as always! I see all your equipment listed in comments but I don’t believe you list your CNC.
Hey Peter! The CNC I use is made by a company called OneFinity. You can check them out at OneFinityCNC.com

Nice as always, Mark! I wonder how hard it would be to embed a qi charger on the phone holders? Also: team chamfer for life!
Hey JP! I have done that in a desk before. Short answer is it IS possible, but you have to bury it
Hey what do I do if I ordered something but never got the email for it?
Shoot me a message on Etsy and I can email you the files directly.
Done deal. @@EigenDesigns
How do you like your dust boot?
I like it quite a bit. It doesn’t a pretty good job and the 4” hose moves a lot of air
@@EigenDesigns Did you design the dust boot or did you buy the plans?
