Tip: after blending for 10 seconds, check, dont leave it too long like I did for like 20 seconds. It will over blend and be too smooth. You want it to be a bit chunky.

My mom is actually allergic to both olives and onions (as well as mushrooms), so we usually buy the pre-made sauce. I would suggest Grape-seed oil. We found out it is healthier than olive or vegetable, and if and when I do use this, I'll leave out the onions, and try a substitute.

You should mix the pasta with a bit of sugo, not put it dry with all the sugo on top. Like that it will stick and be dry...
