Supplements besides good old creatine that had any noteworthy effect on my body were so far ZINC (better skin), MAGNESIUM (regular poops which is not normal for me), ASHWAGANDHA (much better sleep but it worked only for few weeks), FOLIC ACID in form of METHYLFOLATE (hard to explain what it does... I just feel better, almost even younger) and my favorite Pyridoxin (vitamin B6 - much less brain fog, sharper thinking). Tongkat Ali, Tribulus Terrestris and Maca didn't do anything noticeable. I'll try this :)

For those who might not understand, just because it is named a steroid doesn't mean it's a performance enhancing drug or will have the same effect as the stuff bodybuilders normally take. Steroid hormones are just a subclass of hormones and it's purely nomenclature, it doesn't mean it's gonna actually have an effect on your body per se.

I don't think it's a waste. But, it's too expensive for long-term use at a dose that does something. For me, I've taken it at 3 pills a day for 2 months and i noticed significantly improved recovery; much better pumps at the gym and i could train more and harder; strength increased a little (was able to break a couple of plateaus and eventually add like 20% to my lifts). All while eating at around maintenance.
    Much better than creatine.
My only downsides were: i was hungrier, sleep was a little worse (took longer to fall asleep) and i got 1 backne pimple which i had never gotten before.

If you're not taking it for the potential strength benefit, in that way doubling the time to go through all the pills, while having an amount of turk in your system potentially helping with ligaments and stuff.

The only brands to use to truly see if ecdy steroids works or not are black forest because of quantity of active ingredients (99%) or gym Viking USA which is easily the best in terms of quality ,quantity and absorption (it has superior absorption due to the two extra ingredients and it has full disclosure on the amounts). Turkestan (ecdysteroids) has a real absorption problem. And there is of course a quantity problem as the active ingredient are very low, as a non mammal hormone even if we can utilise it we will probably require a far higher dose not to mention the amount of time and stay is active in the body will probably also be less

I do take 1300mg of Turkesterone daily and it seems to work well with the creatine and my BCAA's.

I've started using beta ecdysterone. It seems to not have very much anabolic potential because of it's very short half life. It does however seem to be a very decent fat burner and post workout recovery.

Regarding the strength gains/losses. If you noticed the supplement may have been allowing you to push harder because you FELT better, coupled with the deficit you may actually have been overtraining to some degree.
I'm much more interested in the ligament and joint health. I overtrained my wrists one day years ago and since then they both pain me off and on, but one seems to be injured in some way fairly often.

4 suggesstions for videos could be :
    L-carnatine
    Shilajit
    Lions Mane Mushroom
    Seamoss

    • @quantumfx2677
      @quantumfx2677 3 місяці тому

Shilajit is so concentrated with minerals I don't even think you need the sea moss. Just make sure that you get sea moss grown on wild rock and not on rope which is the sneaky thing they are doing now to capitalize in on it. I would also add in the 7 magnesium blend to get the benefits of all 7 in one supplement. I also take the Dead Sea 6 missing minerals that are only found in the dead Sea. At 55 am going stronger than ever and still look like I did in my 30s which is a shocker to people! But, I also live different than them as well. I am in better shape now and stronger than when I was in my 30s. My friends now look years older than me and another friend just had 2 mini strokes and age about 20 years! The same guy that laughed at me for living a healthy lifestyle is no longer laughing!

I thought everyone knew turk, if it works in humans, is an estrogen receptor beta agonist? Anyway, that's what makes it potentially appealing, it works along a novel anabolic pathway compared to everything else you could use. The interest is in stacking it with other things...again, if it even works, since the best clinical data available is in rodent trials. I don't even think it's worth trying, tbh, for the same price you could run a month of something everyone knows works.

Well, I have been taking coach greg HTLT 3 capsules a day ecdybuilder for like 1 month and half with 2 capsules before working out Turkbuilder+ too and I don't have more energy, however, I'd say that the performance in the gym at least is better and more like an animal, and some more strength too, as for muscle, I don't know, I mean I have more muscle because I'm bulking, but how much muscle with or without this I will have to check it out after I finish my 2 months turk cycle, and continuing bulking without turk, although I'm not sure, but my joints hurts now, something similar to what happens when people take steroids, maybe due to the increased in strength and that the joints can recover and get bigger as fast as the strength increased, I don't know. Anyway, Thanks for the video.
