Give me your thoughts on Theo´s watch and who should we bring on in the future?
Beat Haldimann would be nice :)
Rexhep Rexhepi please
Richard Mille
This, is not luxury, this, is Art.
Congrats to the young watchmaker Theo Auffret for offering us a beautiful vision of watchmaking.
Wow simply art at it's best .....
I think this is a great modern interpretation of his previous watch, much more polished design
Beautiful design and legibility...bravo!
Congratulations Theo on an amazing watch. great video Marko. Thank you for showing us amazing artisan watch makers. ⌚️
It's always a joy to see Marko bring us these amazing time pieces and the people behind them, I suggested a collab between Teddy Baldassarre and Marko on Teddy's channel, he was quick in responding, he said he too loved brother Marko and would love to do a collaboration on niche and independent watch makers.
I would 💯 watch this
Este es el mejor canal de relojería de todo UA-cam. Excelente entrevista.
Thank you. Great show!! 🥃
This is quite simply, the frenchest watch ever. A lot of components, some made in house, some not kind of "grab around the office" which are assembled and arranged with a french sense of class and in this case, sport. It makes me think of bugatti in the 30's. French craftmaking at it absolut best.
right on Vincent
Spectacular piece
Beautiful watch. Art on the wrist. Hard to watch the video because I know I can't afford it.
Beautiful watch. Great video.
Thank you.
Awesome watch and great watchmaker! Congratulations Théo and thanks a lot Marko for showing Mr. Auffret's work!
I really appreciate that he's started to make a 'sporty' varation of his tourbillon watch. I think most high-end watchmakers should produce a bit more sporty pieces for an younger audience. That's why I love e.g. Greubel Forsey, Urwerk and MB&F as well as they're all really high-end but still 'sporty'. All the best from Germany!
Incredible watch and young watchmaker .
Brilliant…….yet again Marko!!

Frakin' incredible!
True gentlemen! Both!!!
this was amazing such a great watch and creator, those are the hidden gems in a collection great vid
so cool
Beautiful watch man! The mechanics are placed really well, i allround enjoyment to look at!
Nice watch
Theo is going great places
Artistic piece! makes me think about sporty Greubel Forsey model.
Great interview! Very interesting the response he got from some watch journalists regarding his classic case. Guess not all of them know their stuff 😂
Lovely timepiece. The 7 o'clock position is common (not unusual) though: after placing the barrel and crown assembly, the tourbillon naturally sits at the 7 placement.
Now if one could only tell the time watching it, it would be perfect..
agreed.
GANG GANG
A fantastic watch, with very nice finishing. I enjoyed the video until the prices were named... :P
Nice. Steam punk
Nice work....now build me a timex.....
Imo his original Tourbillon a Paris was much better looking. In a way more brutalist and a more directly inspired by pocket watches. While this new model is more refined I think it lacks some of that essence that made the original model so unique. It's also a bit disheartening to see the lack of refined detailing at this level. The text on the torque indicator is quite poor for a $128k watch imo
Nevertheless it's very exciting to see young people approach high end watchmaking like this. Wishing him all the best.
Wow. What an unbelievable watch. It looks like something Greubel Forsey would make if they actually had taste.
how much the price to have 1 ?
Looks a lot like greubel forsey
9:11 What's that brown discolouration? Looks like tea staining, that can often originate from manufacturing process.
Get your eyes check man. The only Brow thing i get here is the smell of your point of view
@@vincentdandoy4772 Pretty sure my eyesight is good there. The tone of your reply tells me that you are personally invested in this so it's easy for me to disregard your opinion completely. For anyone else, go to that time and maybe pause at 9:12. Hard to miss.
Could be a reflection of the main plate or some other brown parts in the watch… mysterious ways how the light works
Time is a dead god Kahli 🌷🌑👍 rest in the good news 💐 Okay bye
Nice but crazy price!
Not so crazy given the state of the market, the only four pieces and the fact that the lucky guys that have bought it won't loose a dime on it (to say the least) 😊
Can it tell time? It is hard to see...
It can tell time and you get used to it like any other watch.
Why so expensive , when that Czech Guy so cheap.....
Its expensive because there is more care and attention to the polish and finish of every one of the screws here than in your entire life.
@@vincentdandoy4772 nothing wroung with a rough screw now and again
@@sw8398 yeah if you go to 0:37 you can see where a driver has been used on that screw. 128k 70% made outside....the movement def does not stand up to micro shots ,there is allot of rough finishing. It looks more prototype finish to me....
@@MARKO2465 so the right tool have been used.
I think we can have some respect for his work. The macro shots tells the care that have been made into the watch ☺️
@@AtlanticSouth Sorry if I came across negative.... his work is to be respected. But if you are asking 128k the movement has many rough parts. When you are playing at this level there is a certain amount of finishing that is expected, it is what I am speaking about here. If this is a production piece I would expect better and consistent Polish and finishing even one of the lugs in one of the pics has a dent in it.... I assume this piece has been in many hands for display and advertising purposes.
Superb design. One thing I would change is engrave the Maker's name on the large barrel. For some reason I dislike names written on the crystal, I feel it cheapens the look of the watch. With skeletonized movement there are so many places that name could be engraved instead of the glass.
amazing stuff, really enjoying your channel and glad I found it. all the best to you and the watchmakers you spotlight. @swisswachgang
