Remember that it's usually 2 measurements in the actual pan to 2 measurements of rice in the plastic cup. If you take 2 rice cups and 2 water cups it will not be enough water and it can burn and ruin the non-stick. I did that with my OBH Nordica, ruined the teflon after the first use because it burnt heavily in the bottom. I will buy this unit now since it seem really nice. @@TropicalPine No problem, it could be different of course on your cooker. I've seen some where the rice should go in first and then water. The measurement in the pot is adjusted for the rice as well then. It's worth checking twice when buying one which applies to that particular unit. I still have my OBH Nordica but the teflon is almost fully gone so definitely time for a new one which led me to your video. Are you still happy with yours and is it still holding up quality wise?
