I’ve been using it in most of my videos also!
I have dry skin and I prep my skin so well but I feel like all foundations look like they separate on my skin or at least I think that’s what u call it… looks kind of patchy within a few hours what am I doing wrong 🙈
My skin loves this foundation! It sits beautifully. My immediate notice was how my undereye area looked - seamless and healthy (no visible darkness). Didn't seem heavy at all. I'm in my mid-40s with combo/dry skin, some pores on my nose, some "life" lines on my forehead. This is a lovely product!!

The fairest shades are always so light, they make me look sick, while the next step up is either a bit too dark or just the wrong undertone altogether. Even after experimenting with mixing pigment, I never thought I’d find my perfect, “My skin in a bottle,” foundation. I finally tried Haus Labs after watching this video and a lot of nervous research. This is it. This is my foundation. It is the closest match I’ve ever had and looks just beautiful on my skin. Their shade matching tool online is absolute witchcraft. I hope this one is here to stay because I NEED it.

i was at a week-long work conference recently and this was the only foundation i brought with me. it was amazing!!! it lasted all day (and i had some loooong days), and even when i was relaxing in bed before washing my face, it did not transfer at all onto my pillow or sweatshirt. i’m so impressed with this, and it will definitely be my new disney parks foundation 💜
This foundation is glorious for me. Gives me a nice finish without looking like I am wearing a lot of makeup. I also really love Haus Labs powder with it.

I went to a local Sephora just to see the shade range for the foundation and was amazed. I am actually a shade before the lightest one and when a worker swatched it on my face I almost asked her where she put it it matched so well! I’m currently waiting for my shade to come back in stock 😭

This is the best foundation find in many years for me. Legit Holy Grail. I have normal, oily Tzone mature skin and this doesn’t separate, transfer and last ALL day. Staggered by how good it really is.
I love this foundation!! Just purchased it after hearing all the hype because I have normal to dry skin and foundation tends to separate or stick to dry patches on my skin. But this one sits so beautifully on the skin. It is very dewy on me but that can be set with powder. It lasts really well on me too and I thought the color wheel for undertones on the website made so much more sense than any other foundation I’ve used. I could never find a foundation match until this. I usually apply foundation with a sponge but it looks amazing with a brush as well.
I’ve never really bought foundation I’ve liked before and I’ve been on the lookout for one I think I would like. Thank you for doing a longer wear test on this! I feel like it helps me make a decision better.

I'm so glad I tested my shade at Sephora. When they did the skin pic tech it gave me a medium neutral which is completely off. I appear more tan because I have a lot of redness but with skin swatches I was surprised by my result. The shade matches perfectly. Note the shade changes within seconds of blending on the skin so you may have a different shade than what you'd expect.

I was kinda shocked when I said 4 hours and that amount of shine… BUT then u said no primer… and I was actually impressed at how well it lasted. Amazing how one thing can change your view on some so much!! Great video!!❤

I've been using it for maybe 6 months and I have quite dry 33 year old fair skin. I've been loving it. I have a unique shade of skintone that is hard to match but I found a perfect match to my skin in the range. Not spon lol

You are so right- we don't need very much to apply. I got this and was so upset with it. I felt so cakey and heavy looking upon first application. It's because I used way too much to start with. But I came across this video and heard you talking about the amount for application and tried it again. It's much nicer now for sure. Very comfortable. I don't feel so bad spending so much on it now. I feel the same way about my current fave foundation Reboot by Makeup Forever. I’m on my 3rd bottle. It looks flawless on camera AND in person. I also have dry skin. My skin feels and looks hydrated when I wear it. I blurs and conceals imperfections. Very dark marks need spot concealing though. The price is right and even though there was no perfect shade match, I don’t mind.

Hi Robert! I purchased this foundation a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it! My skin is normal to oily with some dehydrated areas (around the nose and weirdly my chin), and for me, it wears beautifully. Also, as you said a little of this foundation goes a long way, starting off with a small amount and build from there if necessary.
Just started using this foundation and it’s great! I have combo skin that’s still somewhat dehydrated (trying to fix it but it takes time) and this lasts all day!
Finally i got this foundation, i have dry skin with a really pink/peach undertone. The colormatch is insane and it wears beautiful. No dry patches, just natural looking. Love it
@@swilt2525 sometimes the milk hydro over settingspray, when i have long days. But most of the times only a little bit of settingspray on a damp sponge after skincare.

Your review was super helpful! I went to try it on myself and ended up buying it 😊. A Sephora employee matched the foundation to my skin, and I noticed that the bit of product she applied on my face did not budge after many hours of wear and the coverage was really good! You did convince me also though because I love the way it looks on your skin and we have the same skin type! I think I might lightly powder my oily zones (forehead, nose, chin) when I wear it, but it honestly looks great on you even if you didn't set your face with powder!
i watched MannyMUA try this foundation (I love watching him because we have similar skin tones and similar levels of redness so i can better see how these products might look on my complexion) and decided I wanted to get some, and now watching you use it, Robert, I'm even more confident in purchasing it. I like that you used SO LITTLE and still ggot so much coverage that DIDN'T BUDGE! I don't usually use makeup and i'm still pretty bad at it but I have learned from you that less makeup = better longevity, so it's really great to see that if I use this foundation I won't need to build it up as much as I do with the one I use now. Now I just need to watch some of your videos on color correcting...
I've been through an entire bottle. I have older combination skin. Mabeline and other store bought ones allow redness to show through within a few hours of wearing, but Haus keeps coverage going through a whole work day. I WILL warn that it can settle into flakes or flakey skin, but literally a dab of moisturizer or primer before application would help avoid that. It has been very good on my skin through various hormonal stages, various weather, and various occasions.
Love foundation wear reviews, im a greasy face especially in the summer months, but I don't mind, hate when my face feels dry and cracking 😅 also love when its dark early. I can stay in the house in the couch binge watching Netflix with a glass of wine☺ and not feel guilty! 💜
It looks so natural! I wish I could find a color…they all have gold or warm…even the cool shades say cool warm or cool golden. I tried all the cool shades and they are all warm!
Clsaloha I appreciate your foundation review videos quite a bit. One thing though that is critical beyond oily or dry is whether it will or will not settle into fine lines or wrinkles. Are you able to share on these test videos why it would or wouldn’t work for older skin? I realize you have very youthful skin, but as an MUA maybe you would know how it would perform or could predict how it would perform because of your years of experience? Thank you 😃👍🏼

I put it on my hand and forgot, got into bed with white sheets no transfer. When it dries it sticks.

The shade names are so backwards. 050 is supposed to be warm and 040 neutral. They looked identical on my skin. 🤔

Your review was super helpful! I went to try it on myself and ended up buying it 😊. A Sephora employee matched the foundation to my skin, and I noticed that the bit of product she applied on my face did not budge after many hours of wear and the coverage was really good! You did convince me also though because I love the way it looks on your skin and we have the same skin type! I think I might lightly powder my oily zones (forehead, nose, chin) when I wear it, but it honestly looks great on you even if you didn't set your face with powder!
i watched MannyMUA try this foundation (I love watching him because we have similar skin tones and similar levels of redness so i can better see how these products might look on my complexion) and decided I wanted to get some, and now watching you use it, Robert, I'm even more confident in purchasing it. I like that you used SO LITTLE and still ggot so much coverage that DIDN'T BUDGE! I don't usually use makeup and i'm still pretty bad at it but I have learned from you that less makeup = better longevity, so it's really great to see that if I use this foundation I won't need to build it up as much as I do with the one I use now. Now I just need to watch some of your videos on color correcting...
I've been through an entire bottle. I have older combination skin. Mabeline and other store bought ones allow redness to show through within a few hours of wearing, but Haus keeps coverage going through a whole work day. I WILL warn that it can settle into flakes or flakey skin, but literally a dab of moisturizer or primer before application would help avoid that. It has been very good on my skin through various hormonal stages, various weather, and various occasions.
Love foundation wear reviews, im a greasy face especially in the summer months, but I don't mind, hate when my face feels dry and cracking 😅 also love when its dark early. I can stay in the house in the couch binge watching Netflix with a glass of wine☺ and not feel guilty! 💜

It looks so natural! I wish I could find a color…they all have gold or warm…even the cool shades say cool warm or cool golden. I tried all the cool shades and they are all warm!

Clsaloha I appreciate your foundation review videos quite a bit. One thing though that is critical beyond oily or dry is whether it will or will not settle into fine lines or wrinkles. Are you able to share on these test videos why it would or wouldn’t work for older skin? I realize you have very youthful skin, but as an MUA maybe you would know how it would perform or could predict how it would perform because of your years of experience? Thank you 😃👍🏼
