Today we are going to be testing to see if Doordash Delivery or Uber Eats Delivery is going to get us to $100 quicker. This Doordash challenge involves me using both gig apps and accepting the best offer they send me. I’ve been a Doordash driver for over 4 years now and I’ve always wondered which is better so today they are battling head to head
If you are a Doordasher or someone who is only an Uber Eats Driver , hopefully this video will show you how beneficial it is to multi app using both food delivery apps and how these two are the best gig apps to make money . My job as a gigtuber is to show you the best ways to make money while also doing Uber eats challenge videos and door dash challenge videos so you can learn from my mistakes!
This is episode 6 of my doordashing 10 zones in 10 days series and my overall goal with this series is to really show you the doordash driver experience while also trying to reach a total doordash income of $1500 in the 10 days. Right now our total doordash pay is $705.27 through the first 5 episodes

What are your ratings in both apps? i.e. are you gold/silver/etc in Uber, top dasher/platinum in DD?
Uber Eats used to be 100% better then DoorDash for me every time until I got Platinum in DD, and then it was night and day.

There is a drop tailor made for your personality. Whenever you get a really good order you like you refer to it as juicy. In the movie Reservoir Dogs one of the actors says the line "juicy, reallll juicy". If you like it I'd love to see you clip that and drop it in sometime.

I DoorDash not far from where you are in this video. Wawa is everywhere and I get a lot of orders from them, Chik Fil A and Chipotle.
I look up to you man as a Dasher. I plan to apply for UberEats soon since one of the apps I signed up for is very dead. Plan to replace it with UE. How do you sign up?
Thank you! And I think I just downloaded the app and signed up to drive for Uber eats, I think it takes a few more hours than doordash but it’s not too bad of a sign up process

Yes :) I usually pause the other app until about 3 mins before dropping off the order, so it kills downtime

Uber eats is so much better because you have the freedom to pick the best orders for you while on doordash they will tell you a 4 dollar order for 1 mile is "high paying"

My DoorDash and Uber Eats combo goes like…. DoorDash for all the restaurants and shopping orders I know I’m going to get. I’m the area I know so well. While I wait for fat shop and pay orders on Uber Eats. I got a $30 Tom Thumb order that took me 15 minutes to do, an only 3 minutes up the street. Right after I got 4 orders that were all like 3 minute trips. If Uber is running hot I’ll keep my DoorDash off, because I can dash whenever since Dallas is so huge and is rarely grayed out. It’s easy to make a quick $100. Keep grinding bro love the content.
Also quick side bar… I’ve been doing this since 2020 as well. An we don’t have the Walmart $10 base pay trips anymore to make $150 in 2 hours like I use to. An I see is DoorDash worth it and dying blah blah blah. Instead of trying to make a fat hourly, just try to make a nice daily goal. I’m fine with $175+ an only driving 5 days maybe 6 if I’m up early. Which is not a bad weekly earning. When people don’t even make $1k every 2 weeks. Also look into other side hustles that door dash can fund for maybe $20 a week.
Another thing I learned and I could be reaching. When you decline a trash order, when you first start driving DoorDash. I feel the app penalizes you and you don’t get that order “cherry picking order”. I take those sometimes if it’s not busy like a $3-4 for 2 miles and I get a great order right after. We’re in a qued, so if you decline you have to wait until the system goes through the whole line. Also I learned the system often gives you orders to take you into another busy area. So when someone puts an order in an item says for the 45 minutes. That trash order mostly takes you over there to get you that juicy $15 for 3 miles.
