Holy cow my friend that's horrid. That's 16.00 or a bit more and u still have to pay taxes and gas..plus the wear on ur car. 😲
Yes it is absolutely horrid. Would not recommend anyone do this full-time. Part-time for the dinner rush however could be worthwhile

So that would be the gross ? Meaning you still have to subtract the gas and the taxes and set some aside for the wear and tear on the vehicle before you get to the net ?

Ya thats $15 an hour minus car expenses approx $6 per hour for a total of $9 an hour
@@RD-ce6bb that’s crap. Because as a self employed person you don’t have an employer paying half of your social security or Medicare taxes so the independent contractor literally pays twice a much as he would if he was a w-2 employee.
I thought about supplemental income from delivering stuff but with a diesel pick up truck I don’t see this as making any money at all. Especially with paying more per gallon of diesel and getting less miles per gallon of the already more expensive fuel.
@@joshoconnor5005 I agree it is crap . Unfortunately the market is saturated with drivers that do not understand the true cost of operating a vehicle .
