Itna important nhi hai, Agar apki body flexible hai to aap try kro, nhi to ese bhi kr skte ho bench press koi dikkat wali baat nhi hai

@@abhisheknigam4870 when you do a set of exercises back to back with no or little rest.. it gives better pump in less time.. but you won't be able to use as much weight as your regular capacity...
