    Reps toh bataye nei by the way me 25/20/15 ka rep karta hun 3 set me..farak aa raha hai par diet thoda sahi se follow nei ho pata ofc k chalte..koi suggestions/corrections karni toh batayega sir
    1 month se kar raha hun 105 se103 ho gaya hai..(40mins morning me karta hun).
