    Sir ghar mein bina kisi equipment ke bagar (without dumbell also) chest, shoulder, trap, bicep, tricep, leg, back ka excercise kaise kare. Is bare mein ap video banaye taki bahut sare log jo gym effort nehi kar sakte ya sirf ye sochte hai ki gym jane se hi body ban jayega uske bagar body nehi ban sakta. Aur ye sochne ke bajase woh lok excercise nehi karte. Sir mein apka video ke liye intezar karunga.

    Ek series Exercises ki perfect position and form,upper/peak point,lowest /relax point etc. ke baare main bhi bnaye jisme deep points bhi ho.... jaise squats main upar aakar knees poori kholni hai ya nai, calves main knees bent krni hai ya nai, chest main kya kre k shoulders par minimum zor aye etc..     Sir charansparsh..... Sir plz ek doubt tha ye bta dijiye plz.. M 200 kg deadlift target le r hu. Weight mera 75kg to bs ye nh smjh aa r Monday ko Kitne weight से strt kru.. Or Monday k din frst day kitna maru wght... Plz iska pura schedule bta dijiye plz... Tuesday को to smjh gya light weight ddlft and side exercise but Monday को kaise or kitna.. ये bta dijiye sir plzz🙏🙏🙏🙏.... Or 200kg kb tk hone lgegi. Kitne week m...qki abi m 130,140kg mar pata hu bs.. Waiting fr ur rply sir❤️
