    Hi, Thank you for your workouts. I’m 44 , woman and using 3 kg and and 5 kg. I used to have back pain but it now disappeared as I have strengthened my muscles. Thank you.

    @CoachAli What's the feeling with regard to changing weight either between sets or even during a set? I find myself sometimes starting with a heavier weight and then dropping down to the next weight when I can't do any more. Doing the entirety of two sets on the lighter weight is too easy, but the heavier weight is too hard. Kinda trying to gauge the best way to do it.
