Ali, I love your workout and explanations. I want to make a suggestion on the diagram that shows the are of muscles being worked. I would love it if it show the actual name of the muscles working along with the diagram. Thank you for being there with all your knowledge😊
Hi coach ali, love the workouts, question, what exercises can I do to help reduced inner arm creases and a little cellulite, I work out quite a bit, weights, a little cardio, I eat healthy, protein, veggies, good carbs usually not at night, water, etc, appreciate any suggestions thanx
Hi Kathy, I saw your question just now. It was right down the bottom. So by creases do you mean cellulite?
