Hi Nathalie, as per all series on his channel anything between 3 and 6 workouts per week is good. It depends on your time available and how dedicated you are to getting results. I would however recommend a day break each week. The beauty of splitting muscle groups rather than doing full body workouts is that you can train every day without overtraining :)
