    Used a 10lb and. 5 for the behind knee weight raises

    Use the 45 pound all the way through and it was rough especially those calf raises. Does Maxi shred show up in these videos? She is on the front cover.

      Hi Nathalie, as per all series on his channel anything between 3 and 6 workouts per week is good. It depends on your time available and how dedicated you are to getting results. I would however recommend a day break each week. The beauty of splitting muscle groups rather than doing full body workouts is that you can train every day without overtraining :)
