    Hey Coach Ali, What was the amount you use to indicate "Heavy", "Medium" and "Light?" I plan to do this exercise in the upcoming days.

      @lMP5602 I've explained the weights selection on the intro. You don't need to use the same weights though. Good luck 👍🏻

    Hi coach, I've been doing the workouts and adding the 30 day abs challenge, but I only see 15, do I have to be paid member to see the rest

      Hi Kathy. Generally speaking on this channel the first 10 (sometimes 15) workouts in every series are made for everybody on YT.
      The full series of 30 days are made exclusively for our channel members.
