It's confusing that it starts at the wedding scene. They thought to start with a mysterious "what's going on moment", even though once the game starts, two minutes in, and the wedding scene takes place. So weird.

the writing in paper mario is so good. unreasonably good. same with mario rpg and the mario&luigi series. it's unreal how all of these games have the best, most witty dialogue in all of gaming lol

Just noticed a plothole. When Mario jumps on Bleck, he is protected by the Chaos Heart forcefield despite it not having emerged in the story yet since Bowser and Peach's wedding hadn't occured yet. If he had the ability to use this then why didn't he use it in the final battle after his was destroyed by the Pure Hearts.

I remember seeing this as a kid but when I restarted the game recently. I didn't see the whole wedding scene. Maybe I somehow skipped it. Count Bleck took everyone, Mario met Tippy then we went to Flipside.
