AVOCADO MASH
3 avocados
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp diced jalapeño
A dash of vegan Worcestershire
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp minced garlic
Juice if 1 Meyer lemon
Everything bagel seasoning
EASY PICKLED ONIONS
1 small red onion sliced
1 tsp Mexican oregano
3TBSP red wine vinegar
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp sugar
RED WINE MUSHROOMS
6oz clean mushrooms
2 tbsp vegan butter
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tsp garlic paste
Thyme
1 tsp vegan Worcestershire
Cook until liquid is asorbed
