    Great , thanks , wish my paphs can be so pot bound , and agree with the cutting of the dead leaves , smaller means less chance of more rot :-)

    Thank you for the informative video. I had no idea that the root was actually the thin string inside the outer coating. When re-potting phals, I cut those off thinking they were dehydrated roots, but from now on I'll leave them. What is in the the solution you used to kill the viruses on the roots?

    I've unfortunately lost all the roots on my Paph to a mealy bug infestation. I've dealt with the infestation, but now how do I save the orchid?
