Okay Todd, I have been following you for quite some time now. It's helped me dramatically. I have a question. So I get this girls number , I start texting her , everything is positive. After three yes's , I proceeded the soft close. Asked her " what's her thoughts on food/drinks with cute company some witty banter" she replied : I would like that. Then I asked her what her weekends like. We planned a date for Friday. All was good, lots of little value texts and replies. Then today randomly she said she wouldn't be able to make it. So I told her no problem, did you want to reschedule? She said she would let me know. Then proceeded to ask me how my day is. Not really sure what I did wrong.

To me it sounds like you were to invested, after you got her to say yes to the date you shoulda been less invested maybe get to know her more after she said yes instead of the value text doin to much of that just makes you look self centered which most females if not people in general dont like Hope this helps you in the future and good luck 🤞🏽
