There’s a 2 hour interview with Shannon Sharp and Ronnie Coleman. Big Ron says he only used barbells and dumbbells with very minimal use of cables and machines. I think all the “accessory pieces” are to hook consumers without much functionality. It’s like buying different color fishing lures. They are designed to catch the angler 😂

No I don’t need a $400-$600 Rogue barbell because I personally can’t out-lift a $100 Cap brand one. Also there are plenty of videos of bodybuilders from 3rd world countries carving their physique with random scrap iron. But they definitely put in the time. 💪🏽🏋🏽💯
