Love your videos dog! Learning so much can’t wait til I start to fab 😎🦾
Good work!!!
The more fab work you can show the better, keep up the good work👍
Great video. I would really love to see as much as possible from the manufacturing tips & tricks like you did with the dimple die. Keep up the good work. On the personal side you guys make me miss being able to work on cars, bikes and pickup trucks during the weekend. School has been pretty demanding on my time.
You got skills, knowledge and work hard.. You'll go far in life.. 😎👍..
I enjoy all the content! If more detail means more videos, that is always good!
Damn good fab work bud can't wait to save up to start my own build by the way love the trump sticker haha
Man I started dying with the hydraulic press. Oooohhhhhh lol that got me good
keep sharing details about the trunk. awesome work guys!
Very cool trucks, you guys do an amazing work
Trunk is a cool project show more
seems like people want to see it! Will have to keep going with it.
I’m sure we all want to see more for this crewcab!
Well done. Looks awesome great attention to detail!
Thank you!
Love this page, great editing, great projects love it keep up the good work 👍🏻
nice
Glad I came across your channel fellas, love the builds. More part for part on the how too than most channels I follow 🤙
How do you only have 4.9k subscribers?! You’re videos are killing it! Sure hope my channel takes off like that. Working on a fire extinguisher quick release install now.
I cant believe this is a customer truck man i was excited for you guys to own it tbh
Hey man you can make those struts work so they lift and then when you pull it down it over centers then pushes down . So your not putting pressure on thee latch to hold it closed . The strut is holding it down
Eastwood makes some affordable dimple die cutters, under $100, they cut and dimple, work great on materials up too 1/8th inch.
Another great video!
Swag has a great knob for your hydraulic jack, works great and looks better as well.
thats good to know!
Wondering when you guys are gonna video tube lay-out and bending?@@WingsWorldChannel
A press is a press.
More trunk
You guys need to check out Swag offroad. They have punch and dimple dies for the harbor freight presses. The hole saw moves too much.
Skip the trunk...already filmed enough with your OBS f1fiddy, sway bar would be something new to the channel that other people (like myself) would like to see and learn about!
So if the motor detionates how do you go about pulling it?
Where are you getting your rubber/urathane bushings for the engine mounts?
Those are leaf spring bushings
They are Autofab Urethane Bushing assemblies, you can order a set from Kartek Offroad! Part number for these in particular are AFBBA175 on Kartek's site.
What material thickness do you typical use for gussets etc?
Whats up with the rubber bump stops up front?
Alot of center mounted prerunners and ive noticed on a few trophy trucks ive been able to get hands on with that they dont run a hydraulic bumpstop on the front of the trucks! Its almost unnecessary with the amount of wheel travel these front ends pull and with proper shock tuning! -Christian
Who made those panels for the firewall?
all built by dirt king
What dou you guys use for bending chromoly tubes?
I would really like a video of the machinery that you guys use for each task. Something like a small garage tour or like you did with the dimple die and press.
I use a JD2 Model 32 bender with the electric over hydro setup and I built a little stand for it with casters to move around the garage, a video like that is definitely something we will consider! - christian
