COMPLETELY agree with the black approciation BUT for the Lisa one, the editor for the concept photo has this one style with EVERY artist he edits with so I hope y'all get it 😭
This song had potential. The chorus was AMAZING. Sounded like a Bratz vibe! Styling and MV??? STUNNING. The duration and depth to the song..... Yeahhh not so much. We needed some actual vocal ability to shine through, knowing that all the girlies can sing. This song didn't highlight that AT ALL, it's more like "talk singing" rather than rapping or actual singing. Let's hope there's a complete switch up. Also I've been thinking what would work, and I honestly think HYBE x Geffen should experiment with futuristic concepts and sounds, combined with an R&B sound (since the west loves R&B).
For the people who are saying that the song was a pre-release single as an excuse for the terrible release are dumb because wouldn't an upcoming artist give their all to break into the market and not put out mediocre release for their "debut"?! 😂😂😂😂
@@oneoftherandompersoninYT Except it's not an "excuse" and you just had your own question answered "Wouldn't an upcoming artist give it their all to break into the market and not put out a mediocre release for their "debut"? As an African person from South Africa for the last freaking time its BARCARDI not "the tyla dance" also anyone can do that dance no one owns it bathong why don't you ask some of the south Africans if they're ok with it? Nna at this point lang bora, like why le phapha so mara?
I never called it "the tyla dance" I called it "the water dance" because it was the exact same style of bacardi. From the arm placement to the leg placement, an exact rip off of the move that was popularized by water. I never said that they can't do the dance, what I was trying to say was there are so many Korean idols that use these moves that are distinct to a particular culture, but idols that have cultural aspects that could be capitalized on and shown properly to the public never get the opportunity to display it. you as a sa person probably would be able to ask other sa people easier than me, so you ask them, then let me know what they say!
also its not ok because they aren't using it as appreciation. They saw tyla went viral with it and decided to do it because its a trend and they want a quick money grab. Same thing with them randomly adding afrobeats and amapianom.
@@muvani. I never appropriated i said their not doing it out appreciate they're doing because tyla went viral and they want to hop on that. They never done it until tyla went viral it doesn't take alot of braincells to know

@alexeran991 well not really? I'm a new-ish kpop fan, i dropped it during gen 2 and came back this year. I noticed it and saw zero people ever mentioning it or calling it out, so it made me really happy and surprised to see someone finally talk about it.

The fact that they said "this isn't a debut" whaaaat? Like, Are you not debuting?
This is a pre-debut song, kinda like Y.O.Universe by Vcha
