MASOOR DAL / EASY RED LENTIL CURRY / VEGAN RECIPE

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of red lentils / masoor dal
3 tbsp of cooking oil
1 bay leaf
3 dry red chillies
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
2 medium size tomatoes, chopped
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
3/4 tsp of ground red chilli
1 tsp of ground coriander
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of garam masala
some chopped coriander leaves
