India region was pretty much the manufacturing hub of the known world for a long ass time going back to the ancient period where you had Indians be the first peoples to go on long distance trade before anyone else spanning multiple continents and create a proto-silk road tin bronze manufacturing trade to exporting Lapis lalazulli, copper, bronze, ivory, tin, woods and medicinal herbs, diamonds etc etc etc etc etc.
It was actually India not China that originated the silk road by all the evidence given so far. They built large ships and chariots for ancient Greeks to Egyptians to the later Ottoman Turks and British empire. Infact the vast majority of the entire British early imperial fleet and vessels were constructed straight out of Indian ports and cities. india regiin was the top manufacturing hub of the entire world for a long time controlling as much as 32-35% share of the world GDP.
Manufacturing industries going to India would be continuing a long tradition of India region being a prime manufacturing hub of the world which it was since ancient times.
There should be enough to go around, I agree about India getting business but that was one of the problems with China they had a monopoly going. They have the US by the puppet strings as they control our life saving medications too.
