    She's simply the best, the OG, there is no better! Chef AJ!!! Owe my health to her and her SOFAS Free approach to the diet and lifestyle. Since following her program I normalized the following that I was told in a 3-month period: awful blood work of 3 high cancer markers, now out of here, low B12, high homocysteine, low protein, low Vit. D3 and low calcium. I was diagnosed with the Osteoporosis of a 90-year old and am now age appropriate osteopenia; one is pathology and the other is not. I was diagnosed with sub clinical hypothyroid and no longer have any type of hypothyroid. Had endometrial hyperplasia and no longer do. Had dense tissue in my left breast since I was 16 yo, now 64, and now have normal breast tissue, shed a small orange sized cyst from my right ovary. There is still more to work on as medications from almost 30-years ago formed 6 out of the 8 masses, now 7, in my body, however every one of them is benign, and the 7 are simply using my body for temporary abode. :) I've been discharged by specialists who wanted me to get a hysterectomy and chatted about a possible thyroidectomy because they don't understand what I am doing but know I created a health altering protocol founded in SOFAS Free and exercise, plus other lifestyle modalities. No drugs and no surgeries. My shero, Chef AJ!!!😀💟🙏🏃‍♀💆‍♀🧘‍♀🏋

      @@defguy319 Hey, thank you! I am not sure to what you are referring when you say learn all this? I learned the SOFAS Free approach to her diet and lifestyle. This, no doubt, was learned from Chef AJ's books, webinars, summits and her private membership group, Feel Fabulous Over Forty. You could watch her daily UA-cam Chef AJ Live show and learn about the SOFAS Free approach, as well. Take good care of yourself.🙏

    Great show Dylan and AJ!
    I only use Carob as I've recently gone caffeine free as well as WFPB for 3 years now.
    Carob has it's own natural sweetness but it does not taste like cocoa.
    Chestnut and carob might be a good combo.

    I made that Chocolate mint tart for our anniversary... My hubby loved it he wants this dessert every year now... Thanks so much Chef AJ! I tried a few other recipes that were just as amazing!!!!!

    48:35 Chef Jana has a fantastic cream cheese recipe from millet, I even use it as a frosting, it's a staple now in my house 😋
    52:00 Holly Molly, I saw those yesterday at the grocer's, thought they looked funny, never knew they were the infamous white sweet potatoes! Now I know where to find them, thanks!❤

    Anyone know if vanilla beans can be dehydrated and ground? I have 6 beans and just the inside is supposed to be scraped out and used AJ mentioned the powder is ground vanilla bean so I just wondered if I could make my own.

    I have Chef AJ’s Unprocessed book and in the book the streusel recipe doesn’t mention the vanilla powder. How much are we supposed to use?

    Damn, i missed the live again. Btw there are traditional Chinese chestnut dessert recipes that are either sweetened with sugar or jujube dates. There are also Japanese chestnut dessert. These traditional asian desserts are sweet on their own merit but not as sweet as conventional western dessert.

      @@WellYourWorld what attracted me to this way of eating is in its simplicity and it’s like going back to the time where sugar & salt are rare or nonexistent. Chef AJ is who brought me to your channel. I suppose being “lazy” has its advantage after all😂😂😂
