Phuuk Nike. After being a dedicated Nike customer for over 40 years, they have priced themselves out of ‘my’ business. And the quality of their shoes has gone to schit.

Nike should just make enough shoes for everybody to get a pair of the shoes they want im so sick of these gay resellers using bots to scrape every pair off the market then force people to pay a crazy mark up resellers are the scum of the earth
Nike is king I am loyal customer and the thrill I get when putting on a pair of there shoes is unmatched and to be older and able purchase some of the great retro models of my past is so awesome

Here in UAE so many Pinoys wear and buy them. So much obsession for an expensive shoes. Many pinoys buy them just to show off to their friends like its a status symbol for them for having Nike shoes specially Air Jordans
It's amazing how much is done by hand including gluing, which you can imagine could be done through automation, but quality is more important. You get what you pay for! When I wear Nike or Jordan shoes I know I'm wearing the same quality as the professional athletes who wear them.
So Nike's Air Technology is groundbreaking, but do you think it's all just marketing hype? 🤔 Or does the innovation really justify the price tag? Let’s hear your thoughts-are you team high-tech comfort or classic sneaker durability? 🔥👟
Last 2 pair of Air Max I bought from foot locker the sole started breaking. I've never bought a pair of sneakers from the store that broke from the sole. Their running sneakers I never even ran in them.
I recently bought a pair of retro Avia hightops 830s. They were 80 bucks, but feel way more high quality than $150 pair of AF1s. 100 percent real leather too!
I never understood why people lick the bottoms of their "deadstock" shoes... especially after watching this video. These workers dont even have gloves on🤦🏾
U know. No single baker is wearing sanitizing gloves except those thick ones for hot bread and bakery. Only then on the selling market everyone is demanding employees to wear gloves. 🤦🏻♂️
During my football years, went thru 3 pairs of Nike cleats per season. Just couldn't take the harsh pounding...went to Wilson and Addidas and never had another issue
@@jpprice14duh I was reading that sincerely until you said that and I looked at his picture and realize he hasn’t played football in 40 to 50 years. He was talking like his football years were 15 or 20 years ago.

In my culture students are not allowed to wear any shoes other than plain white to school as it is part of the school uniform. But going to college, those Plain Janes are no longer a must as the school uniform thing comes to an end when you go to university, and to look a bit more stylish, I take some of my student loans to buy myself several pairs of sneakers, my very first product is a LeBron Witness IV but unfortunately the size was half a Euro size short (44.5 is not for me!) so swiftly is got dumped (well, I may as well sell it...) and instead I got myself my very first Air Jordan 1 during the holidays, and have to be very honest, wearing those just feels like girls slaying with their heels, no not the discomfort point, but the stylish point, because basically everyone in my college just wears shoes out of nowhere or no brands, but looking at my feet, I am having a famous brand with me! Of course, bragging is not in my dictionary but hey at least it is more durable than any other shoes given that I am in my adulthood and my shoe size is not very likely to vary anymore. Unfortunately, I don't think wearing Jordans to school as a teacher is a good idea, when I go to work this kind of flexing can only stay at home or with my friends!
Nike last way longer as a shoe fanatic if I buy any cheap Amazon knockoff shoe slides anything they tear and rip apart prolly a few months tops whenever I buy Nike it last that’s why I buy Nike and love Nike yeah the shoe may be expensive but at least the material last

I began boycotting Nike in 1997. Over 50% of their manufacturing as a USA company is overseas. The 5% factories they show in the US do not make actual products being sold. They are offices or labs only that employ under 4k workers. They employ terrible standards overseas on their workers and over charge the American citizen to buy their products. It is how they have become one of the world's wealthiest companies. While they do give back to various sports, I'd rather see the work come back home. 50% should be made in the US and the rest of the world can have a small piece as well being a world wide company. Ontop of their major gains utilizing cheap labor, they still lobby in the US for tax breaks and state breaks. Hopefully Trumps promise of Tariffs will help persuade Nike and many others to come back home to the people who made them what they are today.
Your video is quite confusing as it jumps from one product to another. In contrast, Discovery Channel's "How Do They Do It" and Business Insider documentaries are high quality and very informative. Your video felt basic, like a patchwork of different clips.
Because Nike price gouges people for shoes cheaply made in Vietnam. First, they spend billions on advertising to convince people that cheaply made products in Vietnam are somehow "premium" products worth an inflated price. And then they sell it to people at a premium price. And since enough people fall for it and think that just slapping a nike logo on a pair of shoes made cheaply in Vietnam magically transforms it into a premium product......their shoes are expensive because they can convince enough people that the price is justified.
This video is recycled clips over HORRIBLE sound that apparently didn’t have a copyright to be overused! This isn’t original at all. Horrible clickbait
This is so false. They do not produce their shoes like this. Massive factories in indonesia and vietnam, with lots of machinery and low budget man work. Not a single asian was shown here(like to make them seem to be made in a high paying place) 99% percent of the work is hard work made by underpaid workers.... In these videos they only showcase their highest end products and only the part where humans are involved. Nike's products quality in my opinion before they were a 10, now they are like 7-8/10 Their quality hasnt improved and the price hasnt stop going up. Still i like nike and adidas for every day wear, but they are very expensive compared to their quality, and now its more about the "brand"
If it’s not worth the hype why are you commenting on the video? If it’s not worth the hype don’t waste or spend time nor money on something not worth the hype
I don't buy Nike anymore. They out of my price range lol. Also the quality of materials aren't as good as it used to be. It's all about the brand. They've become the apple of shoes.
Nikes quality has gone to shit...and they charge crazy prices and the shoes won't last couldn't tell you how many flynits have holes in them frim just walking
I will speak for running shoes: shoe quality in Nike products is crap. Bad glue. Big differences in weight between shoes. 2-3 mm differences in drop compared to official specs. Foam differences beween left and right. Higly crap laces for most models. So, this video is a nice false useless publicity
"Learning how these products are made gives me a whole new level of appreciation for them. 💯
It's amazing how every detail is perfected in the process which part of the shoe-making process fascinates you the most
Thank you so much 😀

0:02 bc it says Nike on it and athletes are sponsored by them… there’s no justification for paying more than $80 for a pair of Nikes…

Nike DOES NOT produce any of their shoes. They are currently produced by third-party manufacturers throughout China and Vietnam.
Need to make them in wide width.
I have insoles and none of their shoes have enough support.
The Air Monarch “Dad” shoes are available in 4E width. But you’re right……Nike does need to offer more of their shoes in wider widths.

for some reason, they are the number 1 shoes company in the world, valued at 200 billion dollars 😅
They're made tailored and not just pasted unlike the Replicated shoes if you haven't seen it how it's made. 😂
