Wrapping the duct tape around they're heads instead of just putting a price on they're mouths shows that the once teacher had anger behind his actions. Like he didn't care that these juveniles died because of how mad he was at whatever was supposedly happened. Just a shame and I feel badly for the students who this teacher had power over whatever they supposedly done, he should've never had his hands on the to children especially out of ANGER.

They were probably misbehaving & kept doing it. I remember at Catholic School back in late 60's & 70's the Sisters (Nuns) would slap you with a ruler across the face. Never did parents come to complain about it. You tell your parents what was happening & their answer was it was their (childs) fault for doing something they should not be doing. SO What's the difference??
I attended a Catholic school from 1947 to 1955. Never once was I slapped across the face with a ruler but was slapped on the palms of my hands until the ruler broke. Then they started using triangular rulers. Many times they had you stand in front of the class with with your arms out and they would ad books. If you dropped any they would ad another book. This would go on for 10-15 minutes.

For the teacher to say they had to cut the tape off after 45 minutes because they couldnt breath is ridiculous , if they couldnt breath it would have had to be cut off far sooner that 45 minutes . It shouldnt have happened , there is no need to lie or exaggerate.
i know this is not the most important thing here (arguably, it's the least important) but did her phone "literally" blow up yesterday and of course he's a member of the area's Republican executive committee also, he posted 7500 in bail for multiple counts of cruelty to juveniles... wow. meanwhile, slidell routinely dishes out notoriously exorbitant bonds. i've seen slidell give bonds that literally (and i actually mean literally) were over a million dollars to people with nonviolent drug charges.
