Most liberal arts colleges (in the U.S. at least) were founded long enough ago that building design has changed considerably. Given most LAC's resistance to mainstream thought as a matter of course (get it? course? colleges?), having the economics building be this overpowering modern thing that they finally had to cave to from donor pressure is honestly just great historical storytelling!
Id love to see a change of pace, just building smaller towns and suburbs outside the city, with farms and Forrests. Something for the beauty and character of the city Not densely populated, more spread out for charm
there are lots of universities that have a mix of old and modern buildings too because there are universities that are built like 100 years ago and then when they expand of course the expansion will be more modern.

I think that the city needs a farming district. Lots of food produced locally would mean not importing food, lowering the price for people to purchase food, and therefore everyone is happy. It is also an excuse to build lots of potatoes because I love potatoes. Additionally, using some of the green cities organic produce buildings to build a farmers market makes the city more sustainable.

Have you done more work with your Districts? They may need tweaking after all the work you've done to them. Industrial Districts can make a lot of money. Also, you have way too many car parks in your city. You could replace them with other things.

That campus is the size of a small city so it definitely needs some bike paths and some transit, maybe like a tram line and some school buses.
There are buses, but it does need to be more walkable
