I’ve never actually seen a truffle before coming to Latin America so the only thing I could compare it to were cake pops sin palito. So that’s what me and my SO have been calling them. Me too; C.I. pizza is better than pizza screen pizza, but pizza steel pizza is better than C.I. pizza (if your oven can put out the heat). I'm honestly tempted to buy another 12" C.I. skillet over buying a "single use" pizza steel for way more money. There are also C.I. Pizza making things as well... I just need to build a pizza oven in my back yard already.

Hey Adam, I was chatting with one of the chefs at the place I work and he said that a great way to reduce the amount the dough pulls back in when flattening is to roll out the edges in 4 directions first and finish with the middle

As someone who worked at Pizza Hut, and used to make Stuffed Crust pizzas every day... that seemed like a lot of extra steps. We would make a normal pizza crust, slap the string cheese on, pull out on the crust, and tuck and squish. It usually stayed pretty nicely. But our dough was super flexible, fluffy, and sticky.

This might sound weird but can you do a video of how to properly/scientifically clean after cooking/eating? How to wash dishes, basically. Should you soak? should you drain your done with cold water? When should you use an iron sponge? Do you have to use soap if there's only cookie crumbs on the plate?Etc.
So glad someone on youtube mentioned that you can bake pizza on parchment paper. If you pull the paper a minute or two before the end, before it will help the bottom crisp up.
Adam, would you consider doing a video on non stick spray? As in what even is it, is it safe and does it impact the taste? Just an idea, love your stuff
As someone who learned the hard way a few times doing this, you definitely want to use flour or cornmeal when baking on a screen like this depending on the dough you use (especially if the screen hasn't been fully seasoned like a cast iron pan, since its hard to fully season these). If you don't, the dough will rise/expand during the baking process and get stuck in the grooves or if the dough is too moist it could get stuck directly to the surface of the screen.
