Entertaining vid mark! Tapei looks great, but seems so hectic! That subway looked so bad compared to all the other delicious food you always can eat. Look forward to the next vlog!
Hi Mark and Ying! Day 1...Taipei!That's a amazing place ..Subway is good too..that braise beef looks delicious and the noodles Looks OK ..like u said kinda plain..But the one I really like to try is the pork sausage looks so tasty!and with rice and vegetables..Thanks for taking us on your journey..I can't wait for the next one.......--Elwyn--
I'm actually put off by it after watching it so many times. It's hard to tell whether the food is actually good if that's basically the only expression he gives after tasting the food every time. Maybe he does just think everything tastes THAT good. But when he makes every food he comes across look as if it tastes THAT good, it feels fake. Like "am I also gonna have that same reaction or are you just being a bit over the top here?" I'm not trying to dump on the guy but it's just hard to tell whether or not it's actually tasty when he gives us that look ALL the time.
Ying is such a good wife. She's very supportive of what you do and takes very good care of you even remembering to buy you some food to eat on the plane. 😄👍
Glad you're able to visit Taipei! Make sure you try Din Tai Fung, night markets like Shilin Nightmarket and ice monster! They're both a must try! Get the soup dumplings in Din Tai Fung! Enjoy Taipei!
Getting a bit lost is sometimes fun; you'll often stumble across a hidden jem, be it restaurant or store, you'd have otherwise never seen. That "hotdog" looked amazing. Video's like these make me realize I need to travel more. Cheers and good luck.
It's great to see you finally go to Taiwan! Hope you had a great time there. As a Taiwanese living in Australia, your videos are surely going to make me miss home a lot.
So far so good. I hope the food will be better next time for you. In relation to most of the other meals you normally have that seemed a little bit fatty. Greetings from Germany , awesome videos ! Thank you !
Wow all that walking finally got the right place to stay for the night. Well at least you guys are safe have fun that milkshake look great wish I had one love from Texas
Hi, Mark. I'm the #2 USA-born non-ethnic-Asian to actually immigrate to Taiwan, so I'm actually Taiwanese now. I've been here for 19 years. I totally understand your mishap with finding the hotel. You said the sausages are white and pink and the pink one is pork. The white one is sticky rice stuffed into a pig intestine. Yes, that coating on the "white" sausage is actually a pig intestine. It's a good fast food if I'm in a hurry. The sticky rice is filling and the intestine makes it easy to hold/manage, and adds flavor to the rice. Yum!
I saw you by coincidence at the floating market Amphawa, i think it was in the beginning of May!!! I was so excited and wanted to say hello to you since I love all of your videos! However, unfortunately there were too many people crowded in my way and my friends just walked to fast ahead for me to catch up... so didn't have that chance to! Hope you enjoy food everywhere you go and come to Taiwan again!!! (Yes I'm from Taiwan!) 555 :D
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the videos on Japan, Taiwan among others in the comfort of my armchair for the last three hours. The videos are quite clear and sharp. It is as if I’ was there with you guys in person. Observed, you really enjoy ‘eating’ because any types of food are delicious to you, huh? Thank you and take care. Ronnie

The taiwanese "hot dog" looks awesome! I like how you have to push the "hot dog" up to eat it just like a push pop. Pretty interesting concept. Lol.

Sonia Sardar it's his trademark so stfu
it's the moment of truth.
