Hopefully they add a feature where you can slap your cargo on a train and send it to a different location that way you can pick it up your cargo without having to make large trips of course having to paying a fee
That's actually very clever idea....I bet some modders will use this feature in such creative ways that is if they have access to this feature in the map creation tool.

I'm glad, how Saber works on new dlc/father parts and improves their games, but 1 improvement in 3 months... may be it's better for them to let us a half of year wait? As for me I cannot walk through game with this high score) and may be we will see new epic cutscenes

First thing, the trucks should be phenomenal to drive. Glad they listened to your previous video about it. Second, that crane had better be a demon with unlimited power compared to the other cranes. Third, new Ferry feature? Anyone else smelling future bugs? Fourth and final, 14 WATCHTOWERS?!?! I don't know if I have the focus for that. Glad the regions are looking beautiful, though. Makes me think the folks in Saber are realizing their audience, and putting forth the effort to keep them around. Anyways, fantastic work as always. Keep it up.
Can't wait for the Mack Defense. The Kenworth seems quite cool as well. The last licensed USA trucks were quite a while ago. I was hoping for an R Model Mack, but this Defense looks amazing. Took it for a test drive, already seems balanced and good. Hope that the modder got a tip since that mod was so good, Mack licensed it themselves and did an advert for it. The Kenworth seems cool, but for now I didn't look at it as extensively as the Mack. I wished the stock tires were better. Like the new cranes as well, the old ones were a touch too short for my liking, so I used a mod one, but this one eliminates that need now. Can't wait until final release, and hopefully they will do a dump bed for the Mack since it's such an iconic part of the original truck. Also, maybe a unique flatbed, troop carrier tarp on top and general military add-ons. Basically take them from the mod or the devs buy the mod completely and combine it to the ultimate truck. Great review of the new update, Sd1one. Also, a big question I had for a while now. What's the testing map you use? It seems way better than the in game one.
yeah, I was hopping some type of animation too..speically when there's a working ferry mod in avaialble but I guess we have to keep our expectation low...still it's not a big deal but that detail would've been nice.
Man, saber really hit it outta the park with Ontario (after the hotfix finally fixed it Lol), and its looking like the new map is gonna do the same yet again. SWEET! Think I'm mostly excited for the M917A3 though. Us console players been missing out for over a year. And hopefully they increase the tire size to 50" too! 50 or 51's are the M917s standard for the military version.

When the A2 first came out, it was set up with the older box nose 5-ton size tires as a potential selling point as the Mack and several other already used trucks used the same tires. But it was almost immediately changed to the 445/65R22.5 size for slightly lowered COG and the M917 doesn't need meaty tires because it's only an engineering support vehicle, not a combat vehicle goin on very very rough terrain. So no, it's only 46.7" tires. I was wrong. That's what I get for not staying current Lol
Load of good news for me. New trucks, yes, American fleet is seriously growing, they are getting solid new equipment. Both trucks looks pretty capable. 2:02 Did you try ramped flatbed? In my game, this class of trucks should work with long flatbed. 3:26 If 963 is the same appearance of this one, it's gonna be a perfect replacement of P12, whose power is too weak to do anything it supposed to do. LK-2NY, seems it's only available for heavy class chassis. 4:24 Now 73210 finally has a crane that fits its size.
Yeah, with ramped flatbed it'll work fine but majority of trailers will create issue like fuel, repair, red sideboard, maybe maintainance one too....still I am glad they give it this combo... We don't know much about 963 yet but yes judging by previous dlc trucks, they will not hold it back this time. Yes, it suits perfectly on long trucks...still we've to wait and see if they improve it's streght or not because it's lifting angle is also lower than other cranes..so that's a physical disadvante right there.
Both trucks look nice and useful, I skipped the map part for spoilers sake, but all in all seems to be a great update! If the mack has no dead axle, then it can become a new favorite to me!
The Middle East has a lot of those huge Kenworths. They funnily enough sport the generic oversize trailer found in the game which in real life, is the RACs Germany SAT EX40/46 Oilfield Trailer and is pulled by those very Kenworth 963s in the vast empty deserts.
Not much water there, eh... I was expecting on-sea recovery, based on one of the liveries from the "save the day" pack. And the ferry doesn't even move
I really hope they dont neuter the Kenworth like other trucks that are OP in real life. In real life, I would say its about as ridiclous as the P16, which is often seen pulling a smaller forest stacked on trailers, so I really hope the devs treat it better. (the P16 being as bad as it is really breaks my heart)
But, truth is with the P16 and P12, those trucks are from the 60s and 70s where all trucks didn't have all that much power. Yeah they hauled some massive weight, but the trucks themselves also weight 3+ times that of trucks today, with alot less power of trucks today.
Might be worth checking out if they have fixed steering in the game. played back in 2020 and holy crap was it bad. you turn left and it just slowly turns left, straighten up and it slowly straightens up. Maybe they have a legit steering option now instead of the weird sim steering when you have a controller lol.
Its really beautifull when you look at it but when you stra playing it its annoying after a few maps!! I wish the contracts we do would have an effect on the map and make it easier! So you have an incentive to do more contracts !
That's not the point, When we start accepting these inaccuracies, It gives them freedom to go full crazy...I don't know if you played old games in series but they've realistic nice looking attachements and not all trucks have same attachements but In SR you see all trucks american or russian, new or old have same attachements...these types of colors and attachements I expect form modders not from devs.

Even SR is kind of offroad games because there's no other game in market which features such detailed terrain deformation physics... that's why people love and play these games.
different addons for different trucks, different roles for trucks, different trailer like it was in MR...As of now most SR trucks can do all things because they have same addons, same trailers that in my opinion is biggest downside of SR.
The Ramped Flatbed is a dolly axle pull behind trailer. This boat is on a modified Goose-neck Flatbed which is a shame as the Goose-neck is the biggest pain of a trailer in the whole game. Not only are the wheels tiny but the hitbox on the rear bumper is absolutely awful. With the sloping ramped rear the Goose-next looks like it should pull in the same manner as the Ramped Flatbed but it doesn't, the Goose-neck is far far worse and hooks up on stuff way more then the Ramped Flatbed.
Also it's little smaller for that boat...look how it's hanging in the back...They should've use that wide flatbed but I guess they want to minimise it's height as boat is already super tall.
Finally new special trailer! But man, this boat is so high - I think it will be as unstable as Scout 800 with roof rack... or even more. But it adds to the game new challenge, because all other special trailers were long or heavy (or long and heavy at the same time)
I try to play snowrunner in coop on the xbox series x, but for some reason when me and my friends create a session it always kicks one of us out or it just doesnt connect. Do you know why this happens?
I have a problem, don't know if anyone of you can help me or let me know if there will be a fix for this in the new update. My friend and I started playing this game a few days ago, I play on Epic and he plays on Xbox Cloud. The game for both goes perfectly but randomly my friend's game crashes and close the game. We been trying to solve this issue but we couldn't find anything. The crashes are super random, because it can happen in 30minutes, 1 hour, even 2 hours but it keeps happening and making us restart the mission again. Please, any help? Thanks beforehand.

The Mack Defense is very cool, but i won't lie I was hoping to see some classic Macks in game, like one of the 8x8 F models or a DM.
I am just glad they didnt' got modern highway trucks or something...but yes mack has a lot of other older cool looking models

When the new kenworth comes out, you should compare it against the boar 45318 because they’re fairly similar
as long as the new Kenny has the 21R25 (standard 963) or 29.5R25 (Super 963), I'd be happy. That's a 68 inch (standard) or 73 inch (Super) tall tire.

believe me the first map is so dense that it felt like 1 and a half map...I think it's fine with 2 maps... they do 4 for finale mostly

Doesn't need more trucks or maps! Just needs the chassis bending, and the better tire deforming and the better terrain deformation from MudRunner!
different addons for different trucks, different roles for trucks, different trailer like it was in MR...As of now most SR trucks can do all things because they have same addons, same trailers that in my opinion is biggest downside of SR.

The Ramped Flatbed is a dolly axle pull behind trailer.
This boat is on a modified Goose-neck Flatbed which is a shame as the Goose-neck is the biggest pain of a trailer in the whole game. Not only are the wheels tiny but the hitbox on the rear bumper is absolutely awful.
With the sloping ramped rear the Goose-next looks like it should pull in the same manner as the Ramped Flatbed but it doesn't, the Goose-neck is far far worse and hooks up on stuff way more then the Ramped Flatbed.
Also it's little smaller for that boat...look how it's hanging in the back...They should've use that wide flatbed but I guess they want to minimise it's height as boat is already super tall.
@@SD1ONE They never use the Step-Deck in missions, they should use that one. It's longer and wider than the Goose-Neck and it still sits low.
Hopefully we get Alberta in a future update
963 needs a special trailer built for it realistically unless it’s high saddle only with those tires
I think they'll set it up like P12, chassis length is similar looking...but we've to wait and see how it goes.

Kenworth 963 has to me in Top 3 best trucks. Otherwise it makes no sense. I've seen that truck in the oil fields. It's MASSIVE.

Finally new special trailer! But man, this boat is so high - I think it will be as unstable as Scout 800 with roof rack... or even more. But it adds to the game new challenge, because all other special trailers were long or heavy (or long and heavy at the same time)
It's a high sadle one..so probably heavy truck would manage it fine.
Long as you have a large ernough truck towing it. It definitely need a chunky truck pulling.
With the new Canada maps they should also add fires

I have a problem, don't know if anyone of you can help me or let me know if there will be a fix for this in the new update. My friend and I started playing this game a few days ago, I play on Epic and he plays on Xbox Cloud. The game for both goes perfectly but randomly my friend's game crashes and close the game. We been trying to solve this issue but we couldn't find anything. The crashes are super random, because it can happen in 30minutes, 1 hour, even 2 hours but it keeps happening and making us restart the mission again. Please, any help?
