- 鹹蛋黃肉鬆酥脆曲奇
材料:
無鹽牛油 100克
砂糖 35克
蛋黃 1隻
杏仁粉 50克
肉鬆 20克
鹹蛋黃 2隻
鹽 2克
低筋麵粉 106克
事前準備:
1 將鹹蛋黃放入焗爐以180度焗10分鐘,再壓碎
製作程序 :
1 將室溫牛油加入砂糖攪拌,再加入蛋黃
2 加入杏仁粉和低筋麵粉攪拌,再加鹽,肉鬆,鹹蛋黃攪拌均勻
3 將麵團放上保鮮紙整形成一個長方形柱體
4 放入雪櫃直至變硬,切成一厘米厚薄
焗爐溫度&時間 :
170℃ 焗15分鐘

Sugar 35g
Egg yolk 1pc
Almond flour 50g
Pork floss 20g
Salted egg yolks 2pc
Salt 2g
Cake flour 106g
Preparation:
1 Put the salted egg yolk in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then crush.
Procedure:
1 Press the unsalted butter until smooth, then add sugar and stir
2 Add egg yolk and stir well
3 Sift in cake flour and almond flour
4 Then add salt, pork floss, and salted egg yolk, stir
5 Put the dough on plastic wrap and shape it to form a rectangular column
6 Put it in the refrigerator until it hardens, then cut into 1cm thickness
Baking temperature & time:
170℃ for 15 minutes
