HEY EVERYONE! Again, sorry for the editing while the teaser was playing! 🤣 I hope everyone is having a great day and is looking forward to the MASS EFFECT gameplay!
The Mass Effect trilogy has that effect. Have heard many a streamer say their Mass Effect videos are some of the very best performers when it comes to views. No doubt because of its huge following over the past 17 years. I only played it after my sister nagged me to persistently. And eventually I did in 2013 - and she was right! Yeah, because it's so beloved, people do like to tell you of their strong opinions on how it should be played - sometime too much, to the point of spoilers. I would imagine it's mostly just their enthusiasm for the game going overboard. I've never seen anyone being deliberately toxic about it, but best to guard against it anyway if you can. I know one streamer who played the entire third game before releasing any videos on it, after a few heated arguments revealing too much in the comments during the first two games. Definitely take your time with it. Rushing would mean missing out on so much. And talk to everyone, thoroughly. Two hour videos sounds about right as there is lots to do, history to read and talk about in between the action. It could be argued that none of the games are perfect. It's the way they link together as one story and the multitude of well developed characters you'll come to care about over time. I'm sure you'll come to love the music too. For the best experience, after finishing ME1 you import your existing character and the decisions you made into ME2, and the same with ME3. I doubt you'd be able to do that across different platforms. Playing ME2 on a different platform to ME1 would mean starting anew, with a default character or using the interactive comic which asks you how you would've dealt with the major decisions of ME1 and creating your story from that. Either way, I very much envy you experiencing Mass Effect for the first time. None of the games are perfect, but the saying 'the whole is greater than the sum of its parts' comes to mind. Looking forward to seeing how you get on and am here for the whole saga, of course.🙂
I watched all me series playthroughs i can find in german and english. Found you 2 days ago. Instant follow 😂 Take your time and make your own choises. And no worry you bore your viewers with codex reading or to much dialogue. Thats what we want to see
Mass effect is crazy huge, the first one came out in 2007 and at that time it was pretty ahead of it's time with all the choices you could make and different characters and with the second and third one the choices you make will carry through and it's really amazing. btw i understand your situation i mean i served 2yrs for my country and in that time you can't really plan things so i'm looking forward to watch your playthrough whenever you release them, good luck.
Hell yeah man, I am always excited for some Mass Effect content. Mass Effect, as you have likely heard many times, is a great game series. Many choices made in one game will effect the other subsequent games. However, fair warning, Mass Effect 1 is a little bit of a black sheep in the series. It's good, but I don't really enjoy the gameplay mechanics as much as the other two. Story is still awesome though. I will say that if if you ever find yourself not having fun playing Mass Effect 1 and are thinking about dropping the series, just go ahead and skip to Mass Effect 2. Mass Effect 2 even has an interactive comic that brings you up to speed if you skip the first game. The series really picks up with the second game.
The interactiv comic don't let you nake the small choises from sidequests. If me1 is not that fun than play on easy and rush through but do the quests.
@@nebelklaue The point was if he felt like dropping the series as a whole because the first game, which I have seen happen many times, he should go ahead and skip to the second game. They even fill you in the major plot points and stuff, something not done if you skip ME2 and go straight into the third game. And then once he is hooked into the series/universe from finishing the second game, then he can go back to play ME1 and get the full playthrough goodness. People play the first game and assume the next two are going to be more of the same and they drop the series altogether. That's just not the case though, and I would hate to see it happen again.
Good video & discussion but if I remember correctly you already reacted to the Mass Effect will continue trailer right? I would recommend checking out the forty second teaser from about eight months ago in your own time (considering it's length) but it's up to you. I look forward to your playthrough, I've never actually watched anyone play Mass Effect before as I'm always the one playing so it will be an experience for sure. I'll leave my femshep custom character code below that I perfected over the course of three years playing with the Legendary Edition (which has a great character creator) so that you or anyone else can use it if they want to. Codes are for sharing after all. 😁 1M3.14A.F19.491.HCK.13N.BSG.83C.D86.16A.AB9.113.1 I call her Viktoriya Shepard & decided she was half Russian & half American, hence the first name (which translates to Victory in English). I don't know about PC since I use console but for anyone who uses the code, sometimes you can't put the last dot before the one so just put the one straight after the three instead & the game will add the dot in-between the three & one for you. Edit: Also good luck with shipping out, I hope you end up with good roommates. 👍
Thanks for your words! Yes, I did watch the teaser once already, but I decided to see it again to clarify something mostly, but I mainly focused on my discussion.

No, it's Mass Effect 5. Andromeda was 4 regardless of people liking it or not.
There have been more teasers released by the way. 👀
Will is so hyped for Mass Effect he even forgot to change his camsize back to normal for reacting haha :D
Crap, yeah, I forgot. 🤣 But I already saw the teaser, so it wasn't a huge loss. The discussion was more of the main focus

all the sounds, music the dialogue visuals locations mentioned and the blue character all of them are references to the original trilogy.
