That could be possible. Considering how unstable Scarlet Witch may become if Vision in the MCU doesn’t come back, or if he comes back emotionless if he doesn’t have the stone on his head by the end of Endgame, it could be possible. I’ve been thinking what if Vision doesn’t come back or if they follow the older comics where Vision had once been removed of all of his emotions, this could make Scarlet Witch unstable and like Avengers Disassembled she starts making fake kids and then boom start House Of M and when the Avengers remember who they were they confront Scarlet Witch and she says some shit like ‘Nowadays everyone wants to be a mutated freak with powers so why don’t we let there mutants’. BOOM. Mutants introduced!

David's powers are not limited to mutants, he could try and copy the Living Tribunal or the like. The main difference is his power is active rather than passive, with Protege he gains the powers of anyone he sees, David has to have some degree of knowledge and understanding of the power to copy it. So the powers of the Living Tribunal or The ONE above all might well be beyond his comprehension and therefore his ability to copy.
Also he would need to withstand the first blow everytime to become aware of a power, so it would mean immediate death from the Living Tribunal and the likes
He doesn't necessarily have to come face to face to understand LT's or OAA's powerset, because by the time he makes it to that tier of the MU, he'd probably already have a sense of it from other lesser beings with versions of those powers, and as Rob said, he would push each ability to its limit unlike the user. Let's say for example, he had a sense of Juggernaut's invulnerability, he would then be invulnerable 1000 times over just because he knows Jug is invulnerable.

Jean Grey is The True Phoenix no matter how powerful David’s reality warping abilities might be. David is no where near capable of warping reality on the same level as Phoenix. It would be the height of irrational thinking for a being with his powers to seek the things of lesser value than he can create. Both would have to be digitally de-aged to show their younger selves in the years from the Korean War to the Vietnam War. *Denzel* is a little shorter than the character, but seeing as *Tom Cruise* is allowed to play *_'JACK REACHER', (a guy who is supposed to be 6'-5")_** and *Robert Downey Jr* gets to play *TONY STARK* _(who is 6'-3")_ movie magic should be able to make it work.
I'd also like to see *WINSTON DUKE* or *TYLER PERRY* given a crack at the roles of either *BLUE MARVEL* or *ICON.*

Thor has the same strength with or without the hammer. Its real use is for flight, melee weapon, and to channel certain energies. Among other things.
So, isn't it he who is able to lift this Hammer will have the power of Thor, so you're saying they'll just be the equal to Thor in strength? like anyone else who picks up the hammer will gain strength equal to Thor? except Thor? is that what you mean?

Hey Rob, you should look up the Phoenix force contained in the mind stone theory. It’s the best theory of how mutants can be introduced. They weren’t called mutants but Scarlett witch and quicksilver are the MCUs mutants and it was from experiments by hydra with the stone. But just another theory that might be fun.

Rachel Summers is his mother of course he can use the phoenix force... She had abit of it as part of her for a long time. The way you are stating it in the video makes it seems like he just randomly could do that. And since in this timeline Jean wouldn't have taken it away from her David would have been born with it inside of him.
I would also add X-men the End, and Genext. Franklin richards offspring is in that team, and although he is powerful he doesn't end up like David. I would think Xmen the end is a lot closer to how it's going to turn out than Exiles.
Definantly the Djini needs to make an appearance in the MCU. As soon as you said it I realized it's what we've all been missing
About your theory about the mutants they could do what they did in X-Men Evolution since the first two seasons we’re keeping the mutants hidden until they were force to out themselves in public which gave rise to the existence of mutants that could work they made it work in Morten times, that could be one event factor the Ultimates origins and this could totally work.
