I get the fact that the level of professionalism seems to be lower in the podcast channel compared to the main channel but this is where the spontaineity and the easy nature of the conversations especially with Matt shine through. I hate to say it but although most episodes are getting demonitised the podcast channel is the most entertaining of all the content that Nigel puts out

Edit: As a frugal person, I have definitely told guys I was interested that I couldn't do certain things that were too expensive. It's not a rejection.
It's just that I might not be able to afford to date you. I might not be able to fit into your jetsetting lifestyle. It's my anxiety, not an assessment of you.
If you really want to know if that's really a rejection. Suggest something more down to earth and see if she comes along. Like a movie. Maybe it's not you, she just feels bad that you have to pay for everything, and she doesn't want to spend so much money.

Those two dishes are so completely different experiences. My dad was Peruvian and have had some great ceviche. I went to a wedding where they served it in shells and no one else showed any interest so it was all I could eat. Great day.

I wouldn’t spend thousands of dollars to meet up with a guy either. If he didn’t pay for the trip, I wouldn’t go. Maybe if he was my husband, then I’d consider it. But paying for 4 days in NYC could be $2 to $4K or more. I once spent $4K on a weekend in NYC between hotels, parking my car, gas, auditions, shows, dinners, concerts, etc. It would’ve been cheaper to go to the Caribbean.
