Just watched you on your shopping trip and visit to triumph ref the front brake, really enjoyed it and you made me piss when you said that the not swearing is going well and then you came out with some fucking and blinding about other road users, absolute brilliant mate 👍

My 22 model the master cylinder was leaking from the cap... just minimal.. but enough to kind of go unnoticed, but... spots on the paint... messed up finish.. but dealer made a claim new tank on the way, but nothing said about leaking master cylinder. Had the Alu ones fitted since, but tank wont arrive till mid september.
How do Triumph treat you when you part ex from a street to speed those quick shifter problems you experienced have me thinking the same as you because I’m experiencing the same problems.
P.S. How often do you check the tires pressure? . . . my back tyre seems to loose 0.3/0.4 bars in a week. . .so curious about yours. Thanks in advance :)
Thanks for the comment Filipe! I've noticed I tend to loose pressure too actually, differences in about 2-4PSI but we're having a strange winter here in the UK, where temps are fluctuating from 13c one day to 0c another- so that's within the margins for loss.
Thanks. I just watched the earlier video about the brakes. I agree with the last comment, you got a defective master cylinder. Fluid is probably leaking past the piston and there is damaged part in the adjuster. Tough luck, but at least it'll be warrantees. I think you'll be very pleased when they get them right for you.
I feel like you got a friday bike, I have 3,000 miles on mine (got it in May) and I have had none of your issues. I am in the US, maybe ours were manufactured somewhere else?
Honestly I just have to laugh at this point! Thankfully it's all being repaired for free which I'd expect so no harm done in reality. All of the 1200's are made in Thailand, however the product with the issue is manufactured by Brembo so thankfully not an issue with the Build quality as such. Cheers for the view!
@@sergeantsodom6969 Hi John This might seem a stupid question....but how fast does your 1200rs go in 2nd gear when hitting the red rev limiter ? Just took mine out and only got 101 mph just thought I'd ask you if yours does the same??? Cheers pal
Hope this will be the last issue you got with it. Mine till now no issues. . .besides some bluetooth´s problems but the last update fixed all of them. How many kms or miles do you have in it :) ? Keep bring us good content and share this "our" passion. Best Regards from Portugal :D

@@sergeantsodom6969 Mine before that update (done last december) was a pain int he ass to get the nav funcion activated. Know is as simples as the rest of the bluetooth´s modes like text messages or call´s. Check if they update your firmware. Just in case :) . Thanks.
Hi John Just off topic got a question for you, just been out on my 1200rs and wondered how fast does your goes in 2nd gear when you hit the red rev limiter? Mine does 101 mph wondered if this was normal?
Hi Jason, Not sure to be honest I've never really been staring at.the Speedo when giving it anything to check, I'm too busy trying to to plow into walls 😂 I have noticed however that (on track 😉) past 90mph up top it seems to dip, and you feel like.you should be going faster than you actually are past the peak in power. Usually in 2nd or 3rd- but I know the new speed triples gearbox is stacked, and a lot closer than previous models- so it could be the ratios but I'd say that's fine mare Remember these (and almost all bikes) are restricted from the factory and will cut off rpm's early for emissions (I'd presume) - this is rectified by a map and tune etc to get the full limit- it's probably that and perfectly normal. I'll be getting my bike tuned at some point but it's quite expensive so just waiting for Woolwich to bring out a flash for the ECU. Cheers!

What exactly is the issue with your brakes? I own a 1200RS and want to keep an eye out for it as well.
Check out my previous vid where I go over it in detail. However lack of brake pressure and the MCS sensitivity wheel is broken
