LAX airport police using Mobile ID.
Man gives Fake name and address his getting a ticket for smoking in a no smoking area. this is at LAX airport Tom Bradley international terminal

I'm no fan of cigarettes but in Cali you can walk into a store, steal what you want and walk out. No penalty. Then they want to nail somebody with an outrageous fine for smoking, Ridiculous!
