Peter...! I got to tell that while watching your video I got FULLY relaxed....!!! it was your calm and very pleasant voice and NO matter that your english is like this or like that... IT IS perfect! I understood all without ANY problem and my problem with alternator you took off of my back, I thank you Sir!
I am very sorry. For my negative comment. About how you sound. Please forgive me. I felt really bed after reading your response. And I must admit this is a very good video
Hello dear friend. I have an e30 325i from 1990. At the time of starting it, the car starts but it feels like it is staying. Then I give the accelerator a couple of kicks to increase the rpm and the operation stabilizes, keeping it until it stops and turns on again. I tightened the alternator belt and changed the IAC as another youtuber had told me, but today I tried it and the problem persists. I would appreciate some information about the problem, if you had to see something similar. Thanks and regards from Chile.
How many miles on this odometer ? Working on a e39 540 with the same alternator with 200,000km, I'm thinking the brushes are probably due to be changed

About 140 000 miles
To me, the bearing sounded dry... should need regreasing. Bearings should not spin that easily and freely.
Thank You. :-)
Looked like a sealed bearing to me.?.?.?
Hi dude, I guess the process for this alternator will be the same for a alternator from a BMW 540I E39?
You are right. :-)
Is it voltage regulator? Thank you.
Alternator
is this simiar for a bmw E90 alternator
Yes, almost
How do you take this bearing out on 13 minute that you are playing with ?
