yeah this video was kind of a letdown for me. Thought it would have a better message. Not that 'taking care of yourself' isnt a good message, but it really felt like an ad for pills lmao
I watched a day in the life video from 2019 and when I saw this person heading out of the house and hugging people it made me uncomfortable until I realised that that’s normal, why I am I freaking out F
I'm currently an undergraduate student and this story touch me as I always stay up late cause tonnes of tutorial and assignment. Thanks, man for this message.
Don't worry so much about it, your life doesn't have to be this way...embrace everything with open and happy heart...and accept everything that comes as a lesson in life...you'll be fine..
This video is telling the ultimate truth....same things happened to me even before graduating university. I was an architecture student. For 5 years of my life I worked so hard each and everyday for better grade for better accomplishment. I didn't care about my health, I just worked continuously. I worked on weekends, I missed my own birthday party, I didn't have time for my friends and family even for myself. Untill in the last year of my grad life, my health started to fall. In the last semester my health got so bad I thought I won't able to graduate. But somehow I managed to submitted my thesis but the after effects of my health problem that I am still suffering. After fall sick, I realized I just killing myself for some numbers... what's the point if I am dead... what's the point if I don't have me for myself at end. Now I try to live my life for myself and taking care of me first. I realized very lately but now I just don't care about wanting more and more things for my life. I just want to take care of me and just being happy about it that's it. Self love is the best thing what we can get in our life.
I just watched finish and this year will be my last year of uni before I step up into the real world. It's exciting and scary but in the end, health comes first.
Jinnyboy’s video never fail to inspire, looking at the thumbnail and title feel that it’s just another ordinary video, but click on it, it’s really inspiring and motivational video for true value of life, especially suitable watching at Sunday’s night and prepare for the Monday blue, and this Covid 19 very period, it all happened to me, and I believe others, after graduated we just facing working hard, buying car, dating and marriage thing, house, everything passing so fast and now I’m at my 30s, thanks for the awesome video Jinnyboy!
Damn. I’m watching this after work while eating maggie 😭feeling so guilty! But the message being conveyed is so true. Even though we won’t feel the effect of overworking now when we are still young but sooner or later it will definitely take a toll on our health. It’s very crucial to maintain a healthy work- life balance.
This. This is cinematography done right. Proud as a malaysian to see a malaysian had done this well done JinnyBoyTv well done. I will never be as good as yall but i gotta try to be my very best.
Salary, place to live and a partner? This sounds like a millennial's fever dream. Never mind your employer could fire you for not working late all the time.
I graduated almost 10 years ago, I've been working ever since. I've gotten raises and promotions. But I did burn out about halfway through and eased off working so hard. Find a balance between the grind and taking care of yourself. That's my advise.
I'm sending this to my husband. I want him to know that all his hard work, although maybe too much, is incredibly appreciated and that I will always be there whether we are living under a bridge with our son or living average lives. I don't strive for greatness and I most certainly don't want him to think he is pressured to be our provider. We get by with what we need and we manage to get our son what he likes. I want to graduate and get a job someday to make it easier for him. I like that this video shows that no matter how much hard work you put in, you can't reap the benefits when you're dead. People have many years ahead to be working that hard everyday. Doesn't mean don't work hard and have goals, but be content with what you have ,take care of yourself and acknowledge your merits where it is due. Don't lose sight of what you can have long term from short term distractions and goals.
Everyone's working so hard cause the world economy has screwed up. People were able to afford a house with 2-5 years savings, now they need to take 30 years mortgage.
Thanks JinnyBoyTV, I am presently building up my life again. It seem's at its core. Health is what's important. Even if it's an placement advertisement. Job well done. I have resubscribed !

This... is surprisingly touching, not what I expected from this video, thought it was gonna be a relatable comedy or something...but man, the message is pretty powerful
This is so accurate. This is literally my life. Graduated university and only had 2 weeks before prepare for my first day of work. In June, it will hit a year of this routine. Can't wait for some change ! Thanks for this video.
It's really true - for many of us, we work so hard for what we're chasing after and we don't even look after ourselves. Our young energy and determination may want to achieve more and create more, but we probably lack the wisdom to realise that we're only human and we can take breaks, and we ain't competing with anyone. Such a lovely video to remind myself of the kind of life I really dreamed of for so long.
Yeah, what I learnt in uni is that instead of working all nighters to meet the deadlines, you can do EVERYTHING little by little every single day, like an hour or two for each assignments, you're making progress while not panicking
Holy Crap this is soo relatable. I just recently got my first job so I can relate. At first, you work really hard at work to impress your boss and supervisors as well as to keep your job. Then you realize life is not all about work and money, and there are more important things in life apart from work so you began to seek other things that fulfill your inner soul. You began to value your own time and health more and more. This is a really good video that summarizes life after University. There are a few things you left out like how much harder it is for you to meet new people and how you began forming permanent dark circles around your eyes. Lol Thanks for making this video
Thank God that wasn't my life after university! I started working exactly one month after I graduated, and thankfully it's been pretty smooth sailing. I definitely need to be healthier though - my eating habits have gone downhill since I moved back home 😲
@Mystic Clover I studied Sociology and Politics, then I started working for a charity, but I'll start a teacher training course next month with the hopes of eventually working in educational policy.

I've been busting my ass working hard on this job, eating unhealthy food, skipping on workouts because of work. I kind of always put my job as my first priority over my health which is not good. Hopefully, going forward I will take care of my health. Good message!
A very good message for the youth. Nice cinematography and background score is awesome. Matching with the video's theme. You guys are doing nice. Keep it up. ~Love from India.
As an undergraduate who's about to finish, or should I say was supposed to, this video doesn't really do it for me. You can't really escape those all nighters sometimes. Your mental health doesn't mean anything, just as long as those papers get handed in. Also, people say money won't mean anything if you're sick but having no money hurts even more. I've seen how hard it is for people who make just enough to barely make it. I feel the only people who have the luxury of saying, "money is not everything", are the people who own business, and rarely have to think about whether or not they have enoug to last them through the month.
Ideally you'd want both. But trust me, coming from someone who isn't wealthy, I'd much rather have good health than a ton of money. And you should be able to find a way to take care of your mental and physical health ultimately. Yes there are temporary challenges and sacrifices (like all-nighters, etc), but you can't keep pushing forever and not take care of yourself.
