Are you a Lug fan trying to decide between the Compass and Ranger? Take a closer look with me at the similarities and differences between these two medium-sized cross body/shoulder bags!
After watching your "Lily Grey Compass" tour a bunch of times, I ordered mine when the price was right. (Love those loyalty points). I use a little Ziploc in the hidden water bottle pocket for mask disposal. My water bottle goes inside the bag, because it's by far my heaviest item. Luckily, both the Ranger and Compass are a good fit. This Lily Grey is such a sumptuous colour palette. I'm loving it.
That is awesome! I love LIly Grey... I think it makes a great pattern for at least three seasons as it has a spring, summer, and fall vibe to me. But I'm not one to care - I'll wear what I want in winter too. :) I like your trick about the mask disposal kept on the outside of the pocket - not even a zipper to worry about. Almost serves as an external laundry hamper. Good thinking! Thank you for watching! :)
Yep. That's my issue too. Although I admit I don't use the water bottle pockets for water bottles.... it's for my sprinkle. I like to take it EVERYWHERE. :) Thanks for watching!
The Ranger 2 is by far my favourite Lug bag. I bought the heather gray with an extra lily gray strap and olive green strap. I switch out the straps a lot lol
I agree - the Compass looks to be about an inch or so taller. I'm not sure why they would be listed as the same height because it seems pretty clear to me that they aren't. ?? Thanks for watching!
I'm sorry that I can't help you with this. I don't have an iPad. I feel fairly confident that it would, though, based on those measurements. Sorry that I'm not more help! Thank you for watching!

@@triciafriesen3693 Too right. Our long Manitoba winters call for cheery tropical prints and vivid colours. I reach for the happy colours all winter.
I just bought a compass and I can’t wait to get it
I hope you've been loving it! Thank you for watching!
Don’t feel bad I have both too! The issue is the ranger doesn’t have a water bottle pocket and the compass does

Just bought compass number 5 and have 4 rangers. These bags are addictive.
They REALLY are! That's quite a collection! Which is your favourite? Thanks for watching!
I think I might end up with both, too! 🤣
It's a fun problem to have!! :)

I love this idea! My Tropical Multi strap would look awesome with my Diamond White Ranger, I think! Thank you!
the lug website shows that the heights are the same at 10.5"....but the compass looks taller in person so to speak (in video)
