You're lucky that your last few trophies didn't glicthed. For some reason, I managed to get the all skill points trophy but skipped the one for getting the skill points in Torval. I had to start a new game plus and speed to Torval to finally get it to pop and get my platinum.
This is why British power cords are far superior, you need to pull HARD to get them out, it's basically impossible to accidentally pull them out by the wire since it's angled 90 degrees to the actual plugs.
