Very useful, Thanks! I've never heard anyone make the connection that using the soft palate is the key to not feeling as though we have two different voices. That's very helpful, thanks!
I enjoy watching your videos. It's like little reminders of what i'm learning from my teacher, and sometimes a different approach can make the difference between getting it, or a near miss. Thank you for uploading this!

Hi I find this very useful and hopeful as I was treated for throat cancer which left me with a nasal voice as my soft palate is weak and not closing Regards Debbie
I think you are very good at what you do but may I direct you to look at Newyork Vocal Coach Tristans video on the soft palate and the reasoning why we shouldn't focus on it and why nasal resonance is necessary. All the best Curtis
Absolutely. I totally agree. Nasal resonance is necessary! But understanding the role of the soft palate for me and my students has been very important and useful. I will check out the video! 😀

I like to practice in front of a mirror, can you do a close up video of what the soft palate looks like during the 'Ah ha' exercise? Not sure if I'm doing it correct.

How to sing like jungkook, jin and taehung is it possible to develop their vocal exercises?
When I lift my soft palate while singing it changes my tone and it doesn't sound like I myself am singing
should I lift soft palate in head voice too?
Yes if it's appropriate to the voice quality you want to use.
Is there any exercise could help to sing high note with strong voice
cant do it. no idea how to raise soft palette .
